Supply and Installation of Epoxy floor finish including Surface Preparation, Epoxy Primer. Epoxy Underlay.

Providing form work of timber/kit ply planking of t and removal of the same for concrete members so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., for height of propping an centering of supporting floor to the soffit of the concrete member etc necessary dewatering if required for all levels/ heights as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars upto 2nd floor level, conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports. Chairs, spacers etc. complete. (Rates inclusive of all wastage, lappage, hooks, chairs, anchorage etc. and no measurements for the same is required.)

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:6 and making bond with connected walls including necessary scaffolding racking out joints cleaning and soaking the bricks for at least 24 hours before use and curing at least seven days in all floors including cost of water electricity and other charges etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge including carriage of material up to site of work.

Providing and fixing PVC Door Frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (± 0.2 mm), made out of single piece extruded PVC profile, with mitred cut joints and joint with 2 nos of PVC bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15 mm &self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40x20 mm M.S. rectangular tube of 0.8 mm , including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame, including jointing 5 mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile. Providing and fixing of Polyurethane insulated PUF panels in wall partitions and in ceiling of following thickness (60mm) sandwich panels shall be made out of 0.5 mm thick PGI precoated sheet confirming to IS:12436:1988 on both sides of PU foam.PUF panels shall be jointed with T&G and properly sealed with the help of expanding PU foam which must be CFC free , self extinguishing fire retardant type having density 40+2 kg/cum , thermal conductivity @ 100 C , 0-02W/MOK. All gaps , ends and corners shall be covered by 0-5 mm thick pre-coated flashing so that PUF or joint etc are not visible from inside/outside.
