Demolition/Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls, Ceiing etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 White cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately.

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cement) incl WPC as per user manual complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface & apply two coats of cement based paint over a coat alkali primer resistance incl one layer of 3mm thick wall care putty on old scraped surfaces or new plasterd surfaces and obtain smooth finish using sand paper complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes/tiling work and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection / path/ any paved area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and directed.
