Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines of size 100mm/ 150mm bore and removing the blockages by rodding using split bamboo or by mechanical means or by any other means, between the manholes, Nahani traps to gully traps, gully traps to manholes including vertical stack pipes (where ordered) and taking out all debris, sludge or any solid/ foreign materials from sewage line and flushing with water and testing after cleaning for leakages/ clogging, etc. complete including removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to include taking out existing RCC cover slabs of manholes of any size without damaging the slab to facilitate cleaning and replacing back in original position

De-silting of existing storm water drains of any size and taking out all debris, garbage or any solid/ foreign materials from inside the drain including removal of shrubs, bushes, vegetations, etc. along both sides of the drain complete including removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

De-silting of existing gully traps of any size and removing of clogged mud, muck, silt, floating materials, hard materials like stone/ brick bats, etc. from inside the gully trap and connecting pipes from floor trap/ WC and connecting pipes upto 1st manhole including removing the debris outside MD land all as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to include taking out existing RCC cover slabs of any size without damaging the slab to facilitate cleaning and replacing back in original position.

De-silting of existing septic tanks of any size, depth not exceeding 4.5m and removing of clogged mud, muck, silt, floating materials, hard materials like stone/ brick bats, etc. from inside the tank and mouth of pipes and removing the debris outside MD land all as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: The rate quoted deemed to include for clearing of vegetations, bushes, shrubs, etc. upto 3m all-round the septic tank.

De-silting of existing manholes of any size, depth not exceeding 1.5m and removing of clogged mud, muck, silt, floating materials, hard materials like stone/ brick bats, etc. from inside the manholes and mouth of pipes and removing the debris outside MD land all as directed by Engineer-in-charge Notes: (a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include taking out existing RCC cover slabs of manholes of any size without damaging the slab to facilitate cleaning and replacing back in original position. (b) The rate quoted deemed to include for clearing of vegetations, bushes, shrubs, etc. upto 2m all-round the manhole.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped end etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.
