Providing boundary wall with RCC post of 250 mm x 250 mm size upto plinth beam and 250mm x 250mm size from plinth of 1800 mm height. Tie Beam of 250mm X 250mm size including painting, etc completed as directed by the Dept. considering 10.00 m length of Boundary wall with RCC post at an interval of 2.50 C/c ........... complete as directed by the Department.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with a lead of 50 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level:

Steel reinforcement of RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Steel reinforcement of RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for "Foundation, footings bases of column, etc for mass concrete.

Column, Pillars, piers, Abutments, posts and struts

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinfored cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level.

Reinforced cement concrete workk in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding const of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (no modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level.

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade

Construction of 100 mm thick slab coverted RCC Drain of both 100 mm thick side wall of height 0.75m, 0.30 width clearance inner and 10mm PCC complete as per drawing and direction by Deptt.

Filling avaiable excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
