Material and labour for designing , installing , testing and commissioning of 175kWp On grid solar roof top solar power generation system comprising of the following:-

BIS certified and MNRE Empanelled approved mono crystalline PERC half cut cells solar PV module/panels suitable for installation on roof tops with each panel having capacity not less than 300Wp complete with poly carbonate junction boxes, having sufficient number of fused incomers and outgoing terminals (positive/negative) suitable for 6 Ssqmm cables and connecting cables not less than 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor multistranded (solar cross linked poly olefin cables double insulated , UV resistant halogen free low smoke ) from panel to panel all as directed. All modules will have minimum 20 years OEM linear output warranty.

Data Logger with Online Monitoring Portal all as specified and directed.

Design, Supply and install prefabricated roof top solar panel mounting structure made of Hot deep galvanized steel angles/channels/flats including nuts/bolts and washers suitable for wind resistance upto 140 Mph including necessary PCC foundations of grade 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate at suitable points to provide for a stable robust support all as directed at site all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) Bescom Registration fees and facilitation fees including GST Charges shall be paid by the contractor.

(ii) Work shall be executed as per BESCOM Policy No.BESCOM/BC-51/2021-22/1056 dated 03-09-2021.

(iii) Liaisoning with Bescom authority(Initial approval and Power purchase aggrement) of installed solar power plant to Grid for smooth functioning shall be contractor responsiblity. All Fees related to the Power purchase aggrement borne by the contractor.

(iv) All Liaison work regarding the Plant from Starting to commissioning with Bescom will be done by the contractor and plant will be taken over after It is fully functional and certified by BESCOM.

(v) All Materials Makes shall be approved as per MNRE,BESCOM,BIS .

(vi) Standby supply shall be provided by contractor at no any cost at the time of synchronizing with existing 11 KV system.

(vii) Final approval (Technical feasiblity report) shall be obtained from Bescom before Starting work in ground.

(viii) Any Other Component as required for efficient function of system is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates.

(ix) PV Modules and solar cells shall be made in India make only.

Supply and install BIS cerified and BESCOM empanelled approved IP65 rated on grid inverter, natural cooled, suitable for ambient temperature range 0 to 60 deg Celsius, 50/60 Hertz frequency, with anti islanding features, having three phase AC output with inbuilt surge protection devices, Anti reverse power controller, fuse protection, DC/AC switches, LCD display for generating data, Wifi/GPRS data logger, multiple MPPT for optimum generation, wide input voltage range, efficiency not less than 90% etc for capacity range 21 kWp to 25 kWp all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .Note -Capacity of Invertor shall be decided at the time of Design Approval by engineer in charge .

Supply and fixing ACDB – (3 in 1 out) Outdoor type,double door ,IP65 Protected ,Field ACDB Panel with following: - Incomers - 415V, 4P, 63A MCCB – 3 Nos(incomers from three invertors) - Outgoing - 415V, 4P, 160A MCCB,adjustable type - 1 No( Outgoing to LT Panel) - Copper Busbar of 4P, 160 A - Outgoing feeder with Type I and Type II SPD ,4 Pole of capacity T1+T2- Iimp 8 KA/Pole Imax-32 KA - MFM Meter with suitable CTs - Double compression - Glands for Inputs, Double Compression glands for output - Enclosure CRCA Powder Coated PU Paint - All Input and Output lugs (Cu & Al lugs as per cable type)

Supply and fix DC distribution boards(Arrey Junction Box) ,IP65,suitable for roof top solar generation system of rating upto 35KW, 1000 volts, 6 incomer and 6 outgoing with DC surge protection device 1000 V ,DC fuse 15 A -12 Nos and MCBs for three string network. The DB will be having terminals suitable for 6 Sqmm copper conductor cables and the enclosure for the DB shall be made of powder coated MS with IP65 protection all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and fix out door type Solar power isolation LT panel double door IP65 made of powder coated MS sheet steel with necessary MS angle iron frame made of 40x40x4mm duly painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic paint including necessary PCC foundation. The panel board shall have the following switchgear enclosed within : a) MCCB TPN 100 amps16 KA rating – 04 Nos ( as incoming from ACDBs) b) Copper busbars TPN 415 volt, 600 amps rating c)MCCB TPN 400 amps 32 KA rating – 01 No ( as outgoing ) d) Check meter for measuring solar energy output with CTs e) Digital ammeter/voltmeter panel f) Cable glands for armoured LT cables g) Surge protection device ,4 Pole Type I and Type II of Capacity ,Iimp 8 KA/Pole max 32KA

Supply ,fixing and installation of LBS HT PANEL 11kv,SF6 Gas insulated breaker ,630 Amps,21 KA/3 Sec ,IAC type tested ,mounted on Foundation made of PCC 1:3:6,Cross Arms Bracket as per designed by OEM including Exacavation all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply ,Fixing and installation of outdoor type main meter panel,load 500 KVA , 11Kv , Sheet Thickness 2mm, 3mm Base, 1 mm Safety Mesh - Incomers & outgoing - 11000V- 1Nos -Separate Metering Compartment with Bidirectional Meter with suitable CTs and Pts and suitable for 500 KVA -1 Numbers -Busbar of 30MM X 10MM -Main & Check respectively. - Mounting stand with locking arrangement & shading from rainwater. - IP 65 indoor Enclosure CRCA Powder Coated PU Paint - cable Termination kit with suitable Glands - All Input and Output lugs (Cu & Al lugs as per cable type)

Supply and fixing Trunking GI cable tray of size 150 mm width, 50mm height, thickness 2mm with cover of size 155mm width, 12mm height, 2mm thickness and accessories (any type of Joint and Bends) with fittings (Channel, fasteners, anchor bolt) all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying DWC HDPE Pipe UV Protected 50 mm bore with accessories for DC cable laying all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing UV protected XLPO Solar Grade copper Cable of size,PVC insulated 1 Core 4 Sqmm with DC Connectors (male & female) pair MC4,650 Volts rated all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode of size 40 mm bore,medium grade,2.5 meter length, burried directly in ground in bore 350 mm dia verticalIy to a depth not less 3.2 meter below ground level with top edge of the pipe not less than 60 cm below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead Strip 25 x4 mm by means with welded joints, bolts, nuts ,check nuts and washers protected by Gl light grade pipe of size 40 mm dia and connecting up with the lightening arrestor,Invertor as the case may be upto a maximum distance of 7.5m away from the earth electrode including test point junction, excavation, earthwork, PCC Chamber, RCC Cover(Yellow painted) with handle , watering pipe 20mm dia GI Medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, Charcoal dust , salt,Mild steel Earth marker with earthing result ,date all as per plate no.2 of SSR 1991 and as directed by Engineer in charge.Note:-Boring charges are included in the above quoted rates .

Supply and fix Fire extinguisher ABC Type of capacity 4 Kg all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and fix Fire Bucket Stand with buckets -03 Nos all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and fix Rubber Mat of size 2 Mtr x 1 Mtr of Thickness 2 mm ,ISI Marked all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Material and labour for air termination rods with 40mm light grade pipe 1.5meters long, with 300 mm long, 6mm dia copper rod clamped at one end and base of pipe embedded in PCC foundation of grade 1:3:6 of 20 mm grade aggregate on roof slab all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 X 4 mm galvanised iron strip ,Strip will be fixed by epoxy insulators without making hole at the distance of 30 CM from each other all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . Note - Earth strip shall be connected by Welding Only.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm ,3 Core core and with Consumables all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core and with Consumables like Lugs, Ferrules, Cable Ties, uPVC tape, uPVC saddle, Cable clips,cable etc. all as specified and directed as per directed by engr in charge .

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core with Consumables like Lugs, Ferrules, Cable Ties, uPVC tape, uPVC saddle, Cable clips,cable etc. all as specified and directed as per directed by engr in charge .

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm 3.5 core with Consumables like Lugs, Ferrules, Cable Ties, uPVC tape, uPVC saddle, Cable clips etc. all as specified and directed as per directed by engr in charge .

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 min depth for laying of UG cable and getting out in hard soil all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note- Exavacavation shall be done by Manual process.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in any type of exacavated soil all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where as directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV,type 1,ISI Marked,Factory manufactured, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Spread Natural riddled soil in trenches for cushioning and covering to cable complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.Note: (i) Natural soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refilling in trenches before laying of cable 8 cm and 15cm after laying of cable. This is then gently punned down to a depth of 10cm above the top of upper-most cable. (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

M&L for cutting road / hard standing to depth not exceeding 60 CM and to width not exceeding 45 CM for laying HDPE Pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces by 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge .

Supply and laying High density polyethylene pipes(HDPE) of 32 mm dia pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches and fixed on poles all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Material and labour Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shapeor size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, oneunder coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and direceted by engineer in charge .

Supply and Fixing 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks for clean of solar panels ,Triple layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) with antimicrobial layer,cover as per IS-12701-1996 hoisted and fixed in position with lid cover,float valve all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Bib taps, cast copper alloy of 20 mm dia with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and lay in trenches/floors/walls of GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as elbow, tee, union, short pieces etc of size 25 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M & L for LT Cable route indicator with a welded/riveted disc of 4 inch dia and engraved with cable route marker welded to angle iron 40 x 40 x4 mm thick fixed in ground with in and incl PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary earth work, form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in trenches/floors/walls of GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as elbow, tee, union, short pieces etc of size 20 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
