Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishing surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM (1:4) etc complete all as directed.
