Earth work in cutting or in embankment For patteris in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (3/253 of ch-4).

Cement Treated Sub Base Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement (OPC) @ 2% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub- base.

Cement Treated Base Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement (OPC) @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non-bituminous surfaces cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.(1/251 of ch-4).

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors.(3/4.1 of ch-5).

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:3 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(4/6.8 of ch-6).

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete Hume pipe NP-3 600 mm dia for culvert on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapits clouse 1106. (44A of Ch-1)

Ruled Pointing on brick work on edge floor with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 Corse sand)17/578 ch-7

Conditions :- 1- Cost of Maintenance of Road for Five Years will be paid as per E.N.C. Letter no- 3689lh0&PRMC/ewy&23&24 Dt. 17.02.2024) 2- Maintenance cost includes all material, bitumen, labour and T&P etc. 3- Payment of maintenance shall be made as per final execution of civil work which may vary from the BOQ. 4- Bidder shall quote rate including all taxes but excluding GST.
