Taking up/down carefully AC Ceiling Fan 1200/1400 mm sweep and exhaust fan/pedestal fan/Air circulator fan/ Wall Mounting fans and Flame proof fans of any size, any sweep from various location/Bldgs ( Or collecting from MES E/M store yard) as directed, opening up for servicing/repairing, removing dust and dirt, cleaning fan motor, with cotton/waste material, washing blades with detergent powder, servicing/Oiling, Lathe work if any required and greasing of fan of any size/type by using appropriate grade of oil/grease and replacing defective parts such as armature, canopy, fan blade, ball bearing, fan down rod, shutter/louvers, MS shaft, bush, bearing split pin, rubber bush, holding clamps, capacitor as per suitable size, MS Clamps, rubber packing, split pins, rubber reel etc, for the smooth and satisfactory functioning and reassembling complete, refixing ceiling fan/exhaust fan with proper PVC flexible pipe 20 mm dia, in same position (or deposited to MES Store yard), connecting to copper flexible cable of 40/0.0076 size to electrical system and including proper testing complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. NOTES :- (I) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as Supply Only. (II) On testing after completion of repair of any items, if the proper speed/smoothness is not obtained at Engg-in-Charge satisfactory level, the repairing will be re-done by the contractor at his own costs and same will be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (III) The contractor shall maintain/open workshop and keep his electrician ready during working Hrs ( 0900 Hrs to 1700Hrs) for repair/rewinding purpose inside Mes Store yard so that all the repairing/re-winding of all type fans shall be done in proper manner. MES authorities will not be issue any fans of any make/type/size for repair/rewinding purpose to the contractor for outside the Air Force premises.

Rewinding of AC Ceiling fan Motor 240 Volt, 50 Hz, 1200 mm sweep of any make with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size including sleeves work, varnishing with 'B' class insulation varnish, connection with flexible copper wire 0.472 mm dia up to connector block, complete all as specified and directed (NOTE :- Motor shall be wound with machine with same or more No of turns as per existing).

All as per Srl Item No-2 here-in-before but for ceiling Fans of 1400mm sweep.

Supply only Anti-suicidal Fan Rod 200/250/300/450mm with Load bearing Capacity 15 to 25Kg. Anti Suicidal Rod must be consist following Specifications :- (a) A pair of Supply Wire (b) Holes for Shackle fitting on Ceiling (c) Hole for Supply Wire bringing out after Inserting Caps (d) Wire to connect to fan motor (e) Hole for Safety screw fittings (f) Holes for Fan Motor Shaft. MAKE: GOLD LIFE or any other reputed make as approved by GE

Supply only Capacitor 2.5 mfd, paper type suitable for Ceiling Fan / Exhaust Fan/ Wall Mounted Fan of any Make and any size , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Capacitor 3.15 mfd, paper type suitable for Ceiling Fan/Exhaust Fan/Wall Mounted Fan of any Make and any size , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Fan Regulator, 230V Electronic 5 Step type/ Socket type, suitable for Ceiling Fan 1200mm/1400mm Sweep , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Fan Regulator, 230V Electronic 5 Step type/ Piano type, suitable for Ceiling Fan 1200mm/1400mm Sweep , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Plug Top 15/16 Amp, ISI marked (as approved), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Connection wire consisting of PVC insulated Twin Core twisted copper Flexible Wire of 23/.0076 from connector block to ceiling rose for Ceiling/Exhaust Fan Connection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of shutter/ Louvers suitable for Exhaust Fan 300mm/400mm/450mm in size of any Make and Type/Shape, fixed on Brick Wall and grouting of Nuts, Bolts and Washers , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of metallic Blade suitable for Exhaust Fan 300mm / 380mm Sweep of any Make , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Metallic Blade suitable for Exhaust Fan 400mm/450/600 mm Sweep of any Make , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Bush made up of Gun Metal suitable for Ceiling Fan/ Exhaust Fan / Wall Mounted Fan of any Make and any size , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ready Made Frame suitable for Exhaust Fan 380mm/400mm/450mm in size of any Make and Type/Shape , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Body Exhaust Fan rectangular type of size 250/300 mm size including all electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for painting of Complete Ceiling Fan, exhaust fan, wall fan, pedestal fan including flameproof fans of any Sweep with two coat of synthetic enamel paint tint of paint as per existing with spraying Machine, writing MES No after preparation of surfaces complete i.e. Holding Down Rod, Fan Blades, Fan Body, Canopies and removing old paint by scrapping, cutting, rubbing, etc. and filling of Putty as required, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quoted Unit Rate shall deem to be include for Taking down/ lowering of Ceiling Fan after disconnecting Electric Connection and re-hanging/re-fixing the Fan in the same location after Painting and re-connection.
