Part A- Breakdown maintenance

Attending the fault of HT/LT overhead Lines occurred by fall of trees or any other foreign material as per scope of work.

Laying/ jointing/re-sagging of old/new conductors of HT/LT lines as per scope of work.

Attending the faults of Service lines as per scope of work.

Straightening/repairing of twisted/bended poles of HT/LT lines.

Replacement of burst/crack/Punchers of different 11 KV insulators as per scope of work.

Replacement of burst//crack/Puncher of L.T. Insulators as per scope of work.

Attending of fault of HT/LT cables as per scope of work

Making of 11KV, Cable joints of out door type/indoor type/straight through type cable boxes (cable joint kit) shall be provided by the deptt.

Replacement/ Jointing of new L.T. Cable on both ends in place of burst cable with proper size Aluminium lugs and tapping with L.T. Steel Grip/HT tape with covering arrangement as joints.

Connecting of L.T. end cable with overhead conductors of all three phase 5 wire line and Proper fixing of L.T. cable with supports and its jumpering with line.

Patrolling of H.T./L.T. line when fault occurs as per scope of work.

Making of Patrolling track along side different feeders as per scope of work.

Grouting of R.S. joist/tubular poles with complete 1.0 feet plinth and fixing of 05 Nos. L.T. clamps.

Transportation of Pole from Central Stores/other sites of plant, colony to the site of work.

Earthing of HT/LT Poles at required places as per scope of work.

Complete Earthing of Transformer at various LT substation.

Opening of connection/Jumpers and removal of transformer from foundation and re-erection of transformer on the plinth.

a) Up to 400 KVA.

b) 630 KVA to 01 MVA

Part B- Preventive maintenance

Complete overhauling & servicing of 11 KV TPMO

Replacement of damaged jumpers (HT lines/ LT lines/ TPMO jumpers)

Supply & fixing of phase separator

Chopping & cutting of tree branches

a). Inside, PTPP Colony Area.

b). Inside Project Area.

Removing of bird nest & waste material from pole

Re-sagging of conductor of overhead HT/LT lines as per scope of work

Cleaning & removing of grass/plant wild bushes etc. at all LT substations.

a). Inside PTPP Colony Area.

b). Inside Project Area & related S/S to Project feeder.

Laying of LT PVC Cable from MCB to pole

Laying of underground HT/LT cable with digging of soil/concrete etc. and refilling of trenches with soil/sand/bricks etc as per scope of work.

Repairing of MCB .

Making of section of 11 KV line with fixing of channel, clamp/disc insulator & Jumpering.

Making of sections on LT lines

Part C- Routine maintenance - Routine maintenance of Street Luminary System of entire PTPP Colony, Central store, Scrap yard of PTPP & Police chowky-Railway colony, Parichha
