Maintenance and servicing of DG sets once in a month including attending faults on call basis for normal repairs including replacement of defective & worn out parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nut bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMF panels etc and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, adding distilled water, checking of oil and coolant levels as directed by engineer-in Charge. [Note : i) Spares required for above maintenance will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Servicing to be carried out as per manufacturer instruction]

Supply and fix in repairs new PVC insulated multisranded, copper conductor 70 sqmm of multistranded 1.25 m long each duly fixed with brass clamps, copper lugs suitable for DG sets installed at different locations from battery to starter as battery leads.

Supply only engine oil, multi grade 20W/40 complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Indian oil / Hindustan Petroleum / Castrol / BPCL.

Supply and fill coolant in radiator complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and applying Petroleum jelly. (1 kg plastic sealed container.)

Supply and fill in batteries distilled water for topping up complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Water temperature gauge including sensor and cable complete as per sample. Make : Pricol/ Yenkey

Supply & Fill Electrolyte of suitable Sp gravity for lead acid batteries in sealed container complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L dismantling of radiator, taking it to work shop for overhauling & cleaning descaling with acid removal of leakage, welding brazing & refixing it duly repaired etc all as directed by Engineer- in- Charge for the following:-
