Combined Package for Work A) Replacement of existing 220kV Bidnal-Harti-Gadag DC line of Drake conductor by HPC along with Modifications/ Decommissioning in Terminal Bays of Bidnal, Harti, Gadag S/S. Work B) Conversion of 220kV AAAC Moose conductor to HPC from 400/220kV Devanahalli KIADB Hardware Park S/S to 220/66kV Devanahalli KIADB Hardware Park S/S, BIAL (Begur) S/S and KIADB Aerospace Park S/S along with associated sub-station Terminal Bays modifications/Decommissioning works.

Work A) Replacement of existing 220kV Bidnal-Harti-Gadag DC line of Drake conductor by High Performance Conductor (HPC) from 220KV Bidnal sub-station to 220KV Gadag sub-station via 220KV Harthi Sub-station for a distance of about 53.207Kms in Bagalkot District along with modification in the existing 220KV Terminal bays of (i) 220KV Harti 1&2 lines at 220KV Bidnal Sub-station (ii) Terminal bays of 220KV Bidnal 1&2, Gadag 1&2 lines at 220KV Harthi Sub-station (iii) 220KV Terminal bays of 220KV Harti 1&2, lines at 220KV Gadag Sub-station along with Decommissioning of materials/Equipments at respective Bays. Work B) Conversion of existing DC AAAC Moose conductor on MC towers to High Performance Conductor from 400/220kV Devanahalli KIADB Hardware Park (Bagalur) S/S to (a) 220/66kV Devanahalli KIADB Hardware Park S/S for a distance of 3.506kms, (b) 220/66kV BIAL (Begur) S/S for a distance of 4.49kms, (c) 220/66kV KIADB Aerospace Park S/S for a distance of 6.586kms along with modification works at (ii) 220/66kV Devanahalli Hardware Park station, (ii) 220/66kV BIAL (Begur) Sub-station, (iii) 220/66kV KIADB Aerospace Park Sub-station.
