Comprehensive maintenance of 544 Kg capacity passenger lift of Make : OTIS Serving for ground plus four floors examining, adjusting, lubricating and repairs as required complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Machine No. of lift : R009710 Location : 43 Single Officers Accn (P-119). Note 1 : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all spares except specifically catered seperately in BOQ items herein- under for the smooth and defect free,satisfactory functioning of lift. Note 2 : Annual maintenance contract of the lift shall be carried out directly by the manufacturer or through the approved working party of the manufacture i.e. OTIS Elevators only (as per MOU) and maintenance to be carried out as per OTIS manufacture schedule . Comprehensive maintenance shall include the following works vide 1.01 to 1.10 mentioned below:-

Systematically examine and adjust the following components :-

Machine , Worm Gear, Thrust Bearings, Drive Sheave, Drive Sheave Bearings, Brake contact, Lining and Components.

Motor, Motor Generator, Motor Windings, Rotating Elements, Commutator, Brushes, Brush Holders, Bearings, Coils, Resistance for Operating and Motor Circuits, Magnet Frames and other Mechanical Parts.

Governor, Governor Sheave, Shaft Assembly, Bearings, Contacts and Governor Jaws.

Car and Hall Mechanical Buttons, Car and Hall Position Indicators, Hall Lanterns, Car Direction Indicators and all other Car and Landing Signal Fixtures.

Deflector or Secondary Sheave, Bearings, Car and Counterweight Guide Rails and Buffers, Top and Bottom Limit Switches, Governor Tension Sheave Assembly, Compensating Sheave Assembly, Car, Counterweight and Counterweight Guide Shoes including Roller or Gibs.

Interlocks on Hoist way Door, Hoist way Door Hangers, Guides, Automatic Power Operated Door Operator, Car Door Hanger, Car Door Contact, Safety Shoe, Load Weighing Equipment, Car Frame, Car Safety Mechanism and Platform.

Furnish lubricants compounded to manufacturers stringent specifications.

Examine periodically all safety devices and governors and make all customary safety tests.

Comprehensive Maintenance of 544 Kg Capacity passenger lift of Make: ECE Serving for ground plus five floors examining, adjusting, lubricating and repairs as required to machine motor, controller parts, safety devices , governors, repairs or replacement as required to alarm bell, indicators, emergency light, emergency components including low voltage protection relay, call bell complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Machine No. of lift :- E038/08 Location : 30 Single Officers Accn (P-107). Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all spares except specifically catered seperately in BOQ herein-under for the smooth and defect free,satisfactory functioning of lift. Note 2 : Annual maintenance contract of the lift shall be carried out directly by the Manufacturer or through the aproved working party of the manufacture i.e. ECE only (as per MOU) and maintenance to be carried out as per ECE manufacture schedule .

S&F landing push buttons with call register button with stainless steel face plate complete connection and testing including taking down unserviceable landing push button system all as specified and directed.

S&F auto rescue device battery charging card heavy duty complete connection and testing including taking down unserviceable battery charging card all as specified and directed.

S&F auto rescue device program card with invertor and converter double mask heavy duty complete connection and testing including taking down unserviceable program card all as specified and directed.

S&F central processing board (PCB) suitable to existing ECE / OTIS lift complete connection and testing including taking down unserviceable central processing board (PCB) all as specified and directed.

S&F input interface board suitable to existing ECE / OTIS lift complete connection and testing including taking down unserviceable input interface board system all as specified and directed.

S&F input lift car cabin ventilation fan size 300 mm sweep suitable to existing ECE lift complete connection and testing including taking down unserviceable cabin fan all as specified and directed.

S&F lift car cabin LED slim panel light 18 watts suitable for existing ECE lift with electronic driver unit complete including taking down unserviceable light all as specified and directed.

S&F lift well bulk heat fitting LED light 12 watts with lamp with electronic driver unit complete including taking down unserviceable light all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace ARD batteries 7 AH 12 Volts

S&F V3F micro process full collective controller with ARD & V3F main drive suitable to upto 15 HP motor complete connection and testing including taking down unserviceable cabin fan all as specified and directed.

S&F car operating panel with G,1,2,3,4,5 (6th floor) DC stop, alarm light, fan switch, up and down arrow, digital position indicator, door rollers suitable to existing ECE / OTIS lift complete connection and testing including taking down unserviceable operating panel system all as specified and directed.

S&F door sensor for ECE / OTIS lift complete connection and testing including taking down unserviceable door sensor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 12 core 0.75 sqmm travelling copper cable including all accessories required for connection and taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC 10 mm thick floor mat for lift car

Renewal of licence No 392/EI/CBE (North)/2015 and 416/EI/CBE (North)/2015 for working a lift upto 5 story building of Make OTIS and ECE from Electrical Inspector, Coimbatore (North) for 3 Years from 2024 to 2027.

Apply an application for making of New licence for 3 lifts installed at 6 Air Force Hospital building for working a lift upto 5 story building of Make KONE from Electrical Inspector, Coimbatore (North) for 3 Years from 2024 to 2027.
