Earth work open excavation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., as per with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC Slabs,Rectangular beams,Tee (or) ELL beams,Lintels,bed block,slabs,landing beam,canopy side slab,or boxing (or)vertical slabs,rectangular (or) quare(or)round columnsetc.,as detailed below with all cross bracings using M.S Sheets of size 90cmx60cm and B.G 10 Stiffended with welded M.S.Angles of size25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak(or)country wood joist of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced out 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc.,complete complying with std.specification. Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete.

Supplying and fixing of petty in work for truss, including cost of labour charges for wrought and fixing etc.., complete.

Supplying and fixing Galvalium Sheet0.47mm TK roof using ''U" or "J" bolts, nuts, screws, nails and bitumen washers including cost of labour and materials etc., complete complyingg with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 300mm X 200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
