Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 ltr but not exceeding 500 ltr including setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete including ball valve in position and writing date of cleaning on tank with paint complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 1 above but capacity exceeding 500 ltr but not exceeding 1000 ltr.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15 mm bore including connection from walls and ceilings or laid in floor including cleaning for refixing in same position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 03 above but of 20 mm bore

All as per item No 03 above but of 25 mm bore

Refixing old seviceable steel tubing 15 mm bore and supply of new fittings as required at site and fixed in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix GI water tubes 15 mm bore medium grade including all GI fittings & fixtures ISI marked and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors incluiding cutting chases in wall and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 500 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of three layered hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including dismantling the old one as directed complete.

All as per item No 12 above but 1000 litres capacity.

Supply and fix in repairs 20 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 200 - 210 gms.) and fixed in tank which is situated at 16 metre height including necessary arrangement of ladder for climbing if required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 above but 25 mm bore.

Supply and fix in repairs gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for pipe of dia15 mm all as directed.

All as per item No 16 above but 20 mm dia of pipe.

All as per item No 16 above but 25 mm dia of pipe.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including plaster of any thickness and description over the surfaces of roof and cleaning the surface and make free from dirt, modulate including from existing primer/ bitumen surface complete and making surface rough for bonding and removing foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and removing, clearing the existing surface of roof/ slab, terraces including flashings and junctions of parapets/ curb walls etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The contractor shall take out all the debris from roof by making suitable arrangement without throwing down. (ii) Lightening arrestors strips with fittings shall be re-fixed after item No 25 executed here-in-after , taking down lightening arrestor and re-fixing shall be done carefully by the contractor, The rate quoted shall include the above provisions.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including PCC of existing roof, PCC tiles, with screed bed and removing the demolished material outside MD land at own arrangements of contractor all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including RCC overhead water storage tank complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick (average) or thickness required to make the slope properly from ridge towards lower end PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding/ bed plate/ roof kerb/ and haunching complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC bench mark shall be provided not exc. 1.5 m in both direction to make the slope of the roof properly before laying the PCC and same shall be got approved by the contractor from Eng-in-charge before laying of PCC

Material and labour for 5 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:3 on roof concrete surfaces (when concrete is green) mixed with WPC @ 0.12 Litre/ bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured separately as supply only.

Material and labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 and after insertion of APP in the groove complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make. Make: Dr. Fixit/ STP/ Choksey as approved

Material and labour for cleaning the newly plastered surfaced throughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as given here in after (a) bituminousprimer @ 0.3lit per Sqm conforming to IS-3384-1986 (b) 3 mm thick APP polymer modified moply FP of M/S TEXSa Ltd or M/S STP Ltd or ASIAN PAINTS of Hydroscope Tiki Dan of M/s Tikki tar Ltd with minimum wt 3.20 - 3.5 Kg per square meter membrane (on layer) laid by torch application method (c) Applying two coat of bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg in two coats (total in two coats) per square meter over membrane. Complete all as specified and directed by engineer- in-Charge. (d) The roof of the certain buildings comprise of Solar panels. The work shall be carried out carefully without distrubing the solar panels, if any damage done to the solar panel, the same shall be made good by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Taking down cement plaster on brick /stone walls/ concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.12 litre per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in downward facia, parapet, brick pillars and edges of roof projections/ slab complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 28 above but in two layers.

Dismantling existing PCC and including plastering, tarfelt and any treatment above slab, making khurra with offset all as directed from the all around PCC of the roof slab of size 450mm x 450 mm including 15 mm thick plaster the surface with CM 1:3 with wwater proofing compound @ 0.12 litre/ bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction in slope towards rain water pipe spouts complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoliation and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or RCC or PVC Pipes) set in CM of 200 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 200 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or fixed to walls all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 32 above but 160 mm dia

Supply & fix PVC (SWR) bends 160 mm dia complete as specified and directed.

All as per item No 34 above but 200 mm dia

Supply & fix PVC (SWR) bends shoe 160 mm diacomplete as directed.

All as per item No 36 above but 200 mm dia

Supply and fix Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No.27 shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch 'A' while deriving at the contract sum for accptance.
