Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional Tender Will Not Be Accepted

Annual Turn over certificate along with UDIN obtained from chartered Accountant (Year wise value of civil Engineering works executed & payments received in last five years i.e. 2020-2021 to 2024-25)

The tenderer shall scan & upload all the original documents required for this bid to the KPPP portal.The Original Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of Bid for physical verification

If the Office happens to be closed on the dates, notified next working day will holds good.

The Employer reserves the right to Reject or accept the tenders without assigning any reason

All the items in the tender are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, all lead, lift, loading, unloading, transportation, labour, hire charges of machinery, curing for concrete works.

In case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement/commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement Portal.The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

Department will not supply any materials

Amount put to tender includes cost of cement,steel and other materials and labour charges.The rates quoted must also be inclusive of excise duty,Royalty,octroi etc. No extra payment on this accuont will be entertained

The KPWd code,KTTP Act/Rules,Delegation of powers and other government orders issued by the government from time to time will apply

The tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate in the prescribed format from the competent authority not below the rank of executive engineer(District level officer) and scan the original certificates and attach the scanned file to the tender.The original certificate shall be produced at time of opening technical bid for the physical verification

The bidder should arrange for the video and photograhs in three stage of each work. 1) Spots along with beneficiraies before start of work. (2) During progress of work and after. (3) Completion of work at his own cost.
