Supply and installation of Galvanised steel high MAST LIGHTING SYSTEM OF 16 Meter high mast shafts in two sections Top dia 200mm of 3mm thick and botton dia 460mm of 4mm thick suitable for 47m/s wind speed, with latching type head frame, winch mounting bracket, lumanaries, carriages suitable to install 09 Nos 250 W LED lumanaries in symmetrical arrangement complete including RCC foundation work as per manufacturer design and provision of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6 mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor 1 HP, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial and fixing of foundations bolts 08 Nos of size 850mm long 30mm dia manufactued from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template and fixing Aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure including foundation of High Mast Light as per Drawing attached complete all as specified and directed at site. NOTE : (i) Technical specifications for 16 Mtr High Mast Pole & Drg for foundation of pole is enclosed. (ii) Rates for RCC foundation including earth work as per manufacturer design deemed to be included in quoted rates for item srl No. 01. (iii) LED light fittings shall be measured & paid under respective item separately.

Supply, laying and testing PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, copper conducter flexible industrial cable, 1100 V, confirming to IS 694 of size 4 Sqmm 4 core complete including connection from junction box to High Mast Light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip 25x4mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. GI strip laid in 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI strip 25x4 mm (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25x4 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED Flood Light 250 watt with ultra sleek light weight and secondry optics made of pressure die cast housings with IP-66 ingress protection complete including connection and testing all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 Pole MCCB 100 Amps 50 Hz 415V with rupturing capacity 25 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m depth & not exceeding 1.5m in width over energised LT cables for carrying out brick work for protection of cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying dry fine sand for cushioning of underground cable laid in trenches/duct complete all as specified and as directed Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class 'B' burnt brick flate across the cable, for protection of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique/mannually/mechanically and necessary machine complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade of 50mm dia laid in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Panel factory made polycarbonate (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free, dust proof, acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant, having high impact, made of halogen and silica free, recyclable material ) approx size 750x600x300mm of 2 mm thickness of sheet UV resistant, having high grade gasket made of polyurethane, should withstand glow wire test at 960C should be flame retardant. The LT panel should be as per CPRI certification with switchgear assemblies as per IEC 60439-1. The LT Panel mounted on angle iron frame of size 40mmx40mmx6mm thick complete with multifunctional meter, Phase indicator LED Lamp for RYB phase having front opening Door with locking arrangements upto 45cm height from ground level and suitable to accommodate the followings :-
