Note: (i) The tenderer shall ascertain the correctness of heat load calculation and technical parameters based on building plan outside/inside parameterrs and design parameters as given in the tender and quote accordingly.(ii) The tenderer shall be responsible for the plant to meet the design condition round the clock irrespective of the full load capacity given in the shedule , which is given on not the less basis.(iii) The tenderer shall get the palnt installed by any of the origional eqipment manufacturer with their recommended makes of compitable component/items.(iv) In case of any change in technical parameter considered required to provide the design condition.the tenderer shall furnish the revised technical parameters along with the tender.(v) The complete design of the centeral heating plant has to get vetted from IIT/NIT before getting it approved from accepting officer.The design has to get approved from the accepting officer within 90 days of the commencement of work. (A) Thermic Fluid Heaters 03 Nos (2 Working +01 Standby) (i) Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of pressurised type 3 phase reverse flame horizontal / vertical smoke tube, Thermic fluid heaters (Three Nos) 02 Nos of working and 01 No stand by arrangement ,each of capacities 2.0 Lakh KCal/Hr complete in all respect, with standard accessories to meet the required condition of Nathatop station with temp and humidity criteria complete in all respect with combustion chamber and equipment automatic monoblock burner assy, fire tubes, control panel with sequence controller, photo cell for flame failure, HT transfer electrode blower assy, electrical panel, mounting frames, pressure gauge at inlet and outlet suitable operation on 50HZ three/single phase AC supply compete in all respect to maintain the inside temperature 26+/-2 degree celcius and RH = 55% +/- 5%
when the outside temperature drops to (-10) degee celsius i.e Nathtop winter climatic conditions including following items of work.Make : Therrmax/Ecoflame/Westerrn/Rapid Therrm/Alphatherm The boiler minimum specifications should be as under :- (a) Heater unit:-Heat exchanger ,consisting of closely wound, helical concentric coils double jacketed arranged to give adequate no. of passes on flue gas side & made out of ERW tubes confirming to BS 3059 Pt-I suitable for high temperature all as per manufacturer design and of required head and capacity . (b) Pressure jet burner:-Suitable for Diesel oil firing with stepless modulation mechanism all as per manufacturer design and of required head and capacity. (c) Combustion air fan with drive motor assembly all as per manufacturer design and of required head and capacity. (d) Control Panel : Dust protected pre-wired unit mounted air cooled control panel housing a burner management system , switchgear consisting of contractors, overload relays, fuses and MCB etc.all as per manufacturer design and of required capacity. 1.00 mm (20 Swg) GSS Ducting (e) The boiler shall be installed in system of (2W+1S).0.80 mm (22 Swg) GSS Ducting (f) The tenderer should get the plant installed by any of the original equipment manufacturer with recommended makes of compatible components of items. 0.63 mm (24 Swg) GSS Ducting (h)The boiler inner shell be made from carbon steel with dished ends (curved type) with thickness as per boiler design of OEM. (j)Outer shell be made from carbon steel with thickness as per boiler design of OEM. (k) Boiler tube shall be seamless MS tube for quality commensurate with the boiler requirement . (l) The front door shall be openable lined with high grade insulation and refactory (m)High efficient, low noise imported monoblock burner (Benton/Rello )/equivalent. (n)The boiler shall be insulated with 50mm thick resin bonded fibre glass wool and cladded with 22 guage GI sheet (epoxy painted) or any other thermal insulation as per OEM design. (o)Pre wired control panel (made from 18 guage CRC sheet ) Main incomer, MCB in/out temperature controller (digital)fault indicating light for water high temp, burner trip,flue temp, with alarm, hour meter for maint schedule etc. (p) 1 set of oil piping from unit to burner . (q) It includes suitable concrete foundation for Boiler . (ii) FLUE GAS CHIIMNEY - Supply, installation of mild steel flue gas chimney to accomodate emission of running of 02 Nos of Boilers of capacity 2.0 LakhsKcal/Hr made out of 3 mm thick mild steel sheet, minimum 3 mtr above the highest point of plant room or as per manufacturer recommendations which ever is higher including connecttion to each boiler. Note : - (a) The item shalll be complete with the mounting/fixing arrangement all as speciffied by the boiler manufacturer including the dia of the exhaust flue Gas chimney as per the design and specificaton of the boiler installed-01 Nos.
(b) The Boilers shall be connected to the chimney. (c) The portion of chimney inside the building shall be insulated with fiber glass insulation wool of density 24 Kg/Cum.The item shall be complete with mounting and fixing arrangement with necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed. Qty -01 No (iii) Day Oil Storage Tank Supply , Installation,testing and commissioning of HSD oil day storage tank rectangular mild steel (IS 2062) construction of capacity of 1 cubic meter (volume of tank) complete with inlet, outlet, over flow drain and vent with flame arrestor. tank shall be made out of 4mm thick mild steel sheet and will be provided with supports made out of 50mm dia medium grade pipe to keep tank base at minimum 2500 mm above finished floor level. The tank shalll be provided witth level switches for on - off operaton of transfer pump. Extra high level and extra low level alarm shall be provided along with gauge indicator duly callibrated. Tank and structure shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge Qty-02 Nos (iv) Bulk Oil Storage Tank Design, supply , installation ,testing and connecting with the system andd commissioning of horizontal cylindrical oil storage tank made out of mild steel with following paramaters. (a) Storage capacity (Nominal) : 3.0 cum (b) Shell thickness 4mm( minimum) (c) End plate thickness: 6 mm (Minimum) Note: Tank shalll be complete with removable lid with locking arrangement manhoole, lifting lug, ventt pipe dip stick and inlet, outlet connections and return pipes as per specifications including civil work for installation and staging. (v) HSD Oil Pipe Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MS pipes heavy duty for HSD lines of suitable bore confirming to IS 1239 (Part-I) 2004 including clamps, bends, reducers, flanges, nuts, bolts etc.including brass valve, Non return valve and Y stainer of suitble dia Complete . Note: (a) Pipe outside the building shall have cladding of 0.5 mm thick aluminium sheets over 50 mm fiber glass insulation and as per specification. (b) Pipe inside the building shall be covered with woven fiber glass fabric of 50 mm thickness (140 Grams/Sq.Mtr.) and Coated with fire rated vapor barrier preferably epoxy resin or acrylic compound as per specification. (vi) Transfer gear oil pump fuel (self priming)

The system shall comprise of the following. (a) Centrifugal pumps with minimum 75% efficeincy , 30 LPS delivery at 25 mtr head suitable for parallel operation speed 1500 RPM including prime mover squirrel cage inducttion motor with TEFC enclosure and suitable power to drive the pump efficiently with class F insulation , 1500 RPM synchronous speed, operating on 415 +10% volts, 3 Phase , 50 HZ AC supply. (02 working +01 Standby) (b) Insulation of suitable thickness duly cladded by aluminium sheets off 0.5mm thickness and prroperly clamped to pumpset as per specifications required-01 Lot (ii) Mounting frame with antivibration pads for 3 Nos Pumpsets-01 Lot (c) RCC cement concrete foundation for the pumping unit as per OEM . (d) Supply and installation of 2.0 cubic meter (volume) capacity MS tank made out of 5 mm thick mild steel cylindrical/ rectangular with removable lid, in/out/drain/overflows system mounting arrangement making connections etc complete all as specified and directed ISI marked.-01 NO suitable dia conforming to IS: 1239 (Part-I) 2004 with all necessary fittings like bends, tees, reducers, flanges, supports and duly insulated with fiber glass wool insulation with suitable thickness.as per given below. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm X 1 mm thick self adhesive tape complete as per specifications. Note: (a) Pipe outside the building shall have cladding of 0.5 mm thick aluminium sheets over 50 mm fiber glass insulation and as per specification.(b) Pipe inside the building shall be covered with woven fiber glass fabric of 50 mm thickness (140 Grams/Sq.Mtr.) and Coated with fire rated vapor barrier preferably epoxy resin or acrylic compound as per specification.(C) THERMIC FLUID/ GLYCOL CHARGE Supplying and filling of mono ethylene glycol/thermic fluid concentrate alongwith the necessary additives and inhibitor as per IS- 5759- 2006 in cognition and sealed in barrels. The freezing temperature shall be below (-) 25˚C, all specified. However the mode of payment and operations involved for this item shall be as under:-
(G) Valves Supply, installation, testing and commissioning adequate no of of PN-1.6 valves,ISI marked, strainers gauges, balancing valve,Non return valve,Brass ball valve, Butterfly valve, check valve, three-way modulating valve, in the water piping duly insulated to the same specifications as the connecting piping and adequately supported as per specification and drawings . (H) Fan Coil unit Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Eurovent certified BLDC thermic fluid cassette unit/hi wall unit having lower height design(≤300 mm),lower noise level, 360˚ round flow panel, 3 air swing pattern control, draft prevention and soil prevention, turbo fan with BLDC motor, 2-pipe coils, individual louver control, 5- speed DC fan for perfect comfort, 20% fresh air intake hole, built-in- high head drain sump and water flow switch, etc complete all as specified and directed . Note: The number of FCU to be decided based on requried airflow(CFM) of each room derived from heat load calculation. (I) LT CABLE (i) Power Cable Supply, installation testing and commissioning of complete cable work using XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured underground aluminium cables ISI marked ( IS - 7098 Part-1) of suitable sizes for electric supply from main panel in AC plant room to various loads including Supplying and making end termination with brass double compression glands and aluminium lugs including interconnections from starters to motors on cable trays/supports as required as per specifications. (ii) Cable tray - Cable trays of suitable sizes for laying power & control cables with weldless construction, factory assembled bolted rung type, Pre- galvanized GI as per IS 2629, made out of Hot Rolled steel sheets of 2.0mm thickness conforming to IS 1079 Grade O. Finish shall be Hot Dip Galvanized 65 Microns for 2.0mm and above thick material conforming to IS 2629. Couplers shall be 2mm thick (Pre-Galvanized), Plate type with 4 holes. pre galvanized steel runner and slotted rungs. Including cable support system. The rate shall include bends, angles, Ts, supports and all accessories complete Supports Shall be provided at every 1200mm. The cost of supports to be included. The cost of 2runs of 25x3mm GI Strip to be included in the cost of the cable tray. Supports must be made out of MS L/U angle type for cable tray width of 450mm and above. For Less than 450mm width tray support with hi-tech threaded rods & anchor fasteners. all as specified and directed (iii) Control Cable Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete cable work using PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper control cables of 6CX1.5 Sqmm sizes to various equipment including interconnections from electric supply to equipments on existing cable trays / supports as required including end termination on both sides as per specifications and as required.
Supply,install ,testing, commissioning of 'Silent type' diesel generating set alongwith prime power having rating of 250 kVA,415Volts at 1500RPM , 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 volts suitable for 50 hz 3 phase system and for 0.85 load factor ,CPCB-IV or latest norms complied, with acoustic enclosure,realy panel for automatic starting on main failure(AMF), anti vibration mountings,control panel and foundation.The DG set should be robust in construction factory tested and assembled to ensure perfect alignment of Engine and Alternator on a common base frame.The DG set power rating indicated above is inclusive of altitude correction factor however the DG Set shall be designed and suitable to operate as per tropical condition of Natha TOP AF station and for more details on service condition refer particualr specification.The DG set shall be comprising of following item as under:- (a)Diesel Engine : The diesel engine shall be of four stroke cycle multi-cylinder,direct injection water cooled, turbo charged with after cooler, Air to air aftercooling and optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities with suitable BHP developing required to run alternator of 250 KVA capacaity @ 1500 rpm under NTP condition of BS 5514/ISO 3046 with an over load capacity of 110% for one hour in any specified 12 hrs of continuous operation,suitable for generating set application on AMF mode.The engine shall confirm to IS:10000/BS:649/BS 5514/ISO 3046The engine shall have the following accessories: Cooling fan and radiator.DM water cooling systems with pre-mix anti-corrosive additive Turbocharger. Fly wheel with fly wheel housing. Electrical engine starter motor (disengagement after start-up) with Batteries. Battery charging systems. Stainless steel exhaust flexible elbow. Thermal sealing of exhaust pipe and aluminium cladding for complete exhaust pipe and silencer. Required filters for fuel, lube oil, air etc. Sets of flexible hoses as required. Suitable rubber coupling to Alternator with guard. Suitable Engine controller for protection of the engine. Coolant heater and crankcase heater. Oil drain Pump. Heavy duty air cleaner.(b) Engine protections: (i) High coolant temperature warning & trip (ii)Low lubricating oil pressure warning & trip (iii) Low coolant level warning & trip(iv) Fail to crank trip (v) Over crank trip

(c)Starting system :The engine starting shall be by means of totally enclosed axial type electric starter suitable for 12volts / 24 volts DC starting system comprising of starter motor, voltage regulator and arrangement for initail exciation complete with suitable number of batteries(25 plates, 180AH Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) Lead-Acid type) as required as per specifications.The battery shall be supplied with a suitable floor mounted MS stand treated with seven tank treatment, two coats of red oxide /primer & acid resistant paint.with wooden base, adaptor box etc . with copper conductor battery leads of required length and socket/clamps (d ) Alternator :250 kVA 3 phase 0.8 PF 415V, 4 wire 1500 rpm self-excited and self regulated through AVR confirming to IS :4722/BS 2613 suitbale for tropical condition with brush less exciter, housed in screen protected drip proof enclosure. The alternator shall be confirming to IS 13364 Part-2 & IS 15999 Part-1/ IEC 60034 Part-1 capable of delivering rated output at rated power factor with,a. Terminal voltage differing from the rated value by not more than +/- 5%. b. Frequency differing from the rated value by not more than +/-0.5%. c. Short circuit capacity of 300% for 10 seconds. d. Over load capacity of 110% for one hour. The insulation class of the Alternator shall be class F/ H. The temperature rise shall be limited to class B and Ingresses enclosure protection shall IP23 or better. The alternator shall be fitted with suitable Nos. Resistance Temperature Device (RTD) & Bearing Temperature Device (BTD) along with space heaters. (e) Alternator Protection :Alternator should have following protections Over and Under voltage Under and Over frequency warning and trip Loss of excitation Over current and Earth Fault and Short Circuit Protection Unbalanced loads Restricted Earth Fault Protection. Differential protection. Diode Failure. (f) Voltage regulator :A rapid response voltage regulator shall be provided to regulate the generated voltage.The overall regulations from no load to full load, including cold to hot variation and load power factor of 0.8 lag to unity shall be within 2% of the normal voltage. The excitation system shall be designed to promote rapid voltage recovery following sudden application and disconnection of load.
(g) Acoustic enclousure : The acoustic enclosure should be supplied along with DG set from the manufacturer outlet itself as per CPCB norm.Acoustic enclosure shall be of powder coated and fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet. The canopy shall have four hinged doors, one door with glass window to view proper (h) Governor :The governor shall be of electronic type suitable for monitoring constant engine speed within the specified limits for auto parallel and auto load sharing operation.(j) Exhaust : The exhaust piping system shall be supplied with a hospital grade silencer and catalytic converter suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB (as per CPCB-IV).The exhaust piping and the silencer shall be wrapped with rock wool and/or calcium silicate. The outside shall be neatly wrapped with aluminum cladding. The exhaust line shall be extended beyond the height of the utility building roof as required by pollution control norms.Suitable supporting structure for installation shalll be provided. (k) Hot air exhaust (Radiator cooling): GI duct shall be provided for hot air exhaust from DG set up to designated place of duct outlet. The duct shall be made of 14 Gauge thick Class-8, Galvanized Iron (GI) Sheet.Galvanised Iron (GI) duct shall be provided for venting hot exhaust air out of the DG room, from radiator hot air outlet point of the DG Acoustic enclosure through nearest brick wall.(l) Fuel Tank : Inbuilt/internal bottom mounted (with-in DG set or with-in base frame) diesel tank of suitable capacity with mounting brackets, complete with fuel inlet, out let, air vent, drain plug, level indicator, inter connection pipes from tank to diesel generator as required. Suitable barrier shall be provided between Diesel tank and the Engine. Fuel tank shall be fabricated as per tropical conditionof Nathatop with 210 Litres approx. capacity or designed capacity shall be suitable for 12 hrs continous operation. (m) AMF Control Panel :The control panel shall be designed for Automatic ON Mains Failure Operationof the Generator sets. The Panel will be totally enclosed, Dust tight, vermin proof,floor mounted, free standing, cubical compartmentalized type with hinged doors, fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA Steel metal having separatecompartments . The Panel will be epoxy painted powder coated with light grey shade, After Seven Tank treatment, and the Panel / compartment will be fitted with the following instrument and pre-wired with colour coded flexible copper cable with ferule Numbers for easy identification & maintenance. The panel shall be complete with interconnections, insulators, two nos. of earthing lugs and with suitable rating of MCCB at both the end & shall incorporate the followings (i)Neutral contactors.(ii) AMF logic unit having protection for over frequency, under frequency, over voltage, under voltage, Low lube-oil, and high water temperature for Engine.The AMF unit will have provision for Auto Start, Auto Stop of the D.G.Set,with 3 attempts cranking relay.(iii) Main supply voltage monitor.
