Removing of existing old or broken wash basin / urinals/IWC : Removing of existing old or broken wash basin / IWC/urinals and disposing it with all the cost and conveyance labour for all items of work HOM with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work - in all the floor levels

Dismantling of door / window(including frame): Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter in any size including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in- charge- in all the floor levels

Removing old sanitary fittings: Removing old sanitary fittings ,pipe line as directed including cost of labour etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling Mosaic / ceramic tile: Dismantling Mosaic / ceramic tile work of any thickness in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including, stacking material to the appropriate disposal of the debris with all lead (within the campus as directed) and lift etc., complete– in all the floor levels.

Demolishing cement concrete: Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.- in all the floor levels

Dismantling plastering: Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. – in all the floor levels

Plain cement concrete with M15 mix: : Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of Mix 1:2:4 (Mix -M15) - with OPC cement at 240 kgs per cum/ PPC cement with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.878cum and fine aggregates at 0.459cum machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, well compacted, in foundation/plinth/floor, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications– in Ground Floor
