Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth: for foundationetc or for manholes, laying of pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering & well rammng in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & diected.

Taking out existing CI pipe line, of any class including CI fitting with spigot and socket ends and lead joint including burning out lead joints recover in lead of any class/type in safe condition for the following sizes :-

80 mm bore

100 mm bore

150 mm bore

Laying only in trenches old serviceable cast iron pipe as obtained from ser item No- 4 here in before after necessary cleaning by using iron scraper /brush and removing all scale complete all as directed for following bore of pipe :- (Note :- Earth work, lead joints and fittings shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of these schedule)

Supply , fixing & laying GI tubing medium grade with one socket both end threaded in any length including cutting threading connection in new or old position and all type of GI new fittings for laid in trenches/walls/floors all as specified and directed of following size:-

Supply and replace existing gate valve with new Gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixedin for following size:-

Cutting of cast iron pipes and reducing in required length before laying in position for insertion of new valves,tees,branches etc. For following size. Note CI Fittings measured shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply and fix ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe , flynut (accessories) complete including necessary elbow, socket & nipple complete all as specified and directed suitable for following sizes :-

Construction of new valve pit brick mesonary including dismantling existing unsv valve pit complete with mild steel sheet cover 3 mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm duly painted with two coats of shynthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including loacking arrangement with lock and lifting handle all as specified and shown on drawing brick work of inner surface of pit shall be plaster of cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and shown on drawing of sizes.

Supply and replace existing unserviceable sluice valve with new cast iron flanged sluice valve of class PN1.6 ISI marked (IS-14846) with stainless steel spindle and hand wheel including fixing in existing/new position by providing new nut bolts, fibre board gasket etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC Make : Kirloskar/SANT/SIR with test certificate from manufacturer
