Preparation of old decorated surface (plastered or unplastered) of walls incl cornices pillar etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke root mould moss and efforesceent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and applying one coat of white lime wash on walls surfaces all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 above but applying one coat of white lime wash on ceiling.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cms width or girth using paint brush by applying sand paper etc.for proper preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint brush all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cms width or girth by using sand paper etc.for proper preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L removing existing old treatment from walls using mechanical grinder complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for prepration of old surface and applying a uniform thickness (average 2-3 mm thickness) of cement based wall care putty of entire surface of walls surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper on wall surfaces over one coat primer to give an even and smooth surface all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for ready mix plaster of 10mm thick on brick or conc surfaces in ceiling incl necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.40 to 1.70 kg, water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacturer instruction.

M&L for ready mix plaster of 15mm thick on brick or conc surfaces in wall incl necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.40 to 1.70 kg, water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacturer instruction.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper using roller brush to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marksall as specifiedand directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white lime wash complete all as specified .

S&F drappery curtain rods stainless steel 25 mm nominal dia of approved quality with two number decorative brackets design as approved fixed in brick/concrete wall with same finished knobs/latto on each end of curtain rod complete all as required and directed.

M& L for non skid coloured rectified ceramic tiles (400x400x)7 to 8mm thick in floors, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor in CM 1:6 including dismantling the existing tiles with screed and removal of debries out of MOD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge, approved by GE.

M&L for coloured ceramic tiles (300x600mm)x7mm thick on vertical surfaces on skirting /dados and risers to steps etc including rendering 10mm thick cement mortar in CM 1:4 ,including dismantling the existing tiles with screed and removal of debries out of MOD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, approved by GE.

M & L for 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) and fixed complete to walls and or laid under floors etc incl, cutting chases in wall where ever required and then making good including dismantling of old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) and fixed complete to walls and or laid under floors etc incl, cutting chases in wall where ever required and then making good including dismantling of old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18-20 mm thick Black Granite stone work (table rubbed and polished) over and including15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite,front and side of slab moulded and polished including dismantling the existing stone slab with screed/ backing and removal of debries out side the MOD Land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- The cost of making hole for Gas pipe in cooking plateform is included in unit cost of item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), truss, framed brackets of angles, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel flat or hollow sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down care fully copper/aluminium point wiring from wooden batten or conduits (light, fan, socket or power) complete incl fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, light fittings any type etc to be measured seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through Existing metallic/ non metallic conduit, including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuty and fabricated branded modular metal flush box / M S Steel terminal boxes, concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate / 3 mm thick laminated top sheet cover for housing switches , socket out let and fan regulators etc , all as specified and as directed for the followings:-

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one way switch

(b) One bell / buzzer point controlled by one bell push

(c) One light point controlled by two Nos two way switches

(d) One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one way switch on independent board.

All as per item No 46 but point wiring with 4 Sqmm single core copper cable and earth continuity wire with 4 Sqmm single core stranded copper cable for one three pin 15 socket outlet point on independent board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MS Steel terminal boxes from wall and supply and fixing fabricated branded modular metal flush box 3 module / 4 module concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate for housing switches , socket out let and fan regulators etc including make good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note-Switch,socket, regulator will be paid separately.

Taking down old unserviceable MS Steel terminal boxes from wall and supply and fixing fabricated branded modular metal flush box 6 module concealed in walls with suitable modular inner and outer plate for housing switches , socket out let and fan regulators etc. including make good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. M&L for disconnecting all the cable connection from indoor LT Panel and servicing to Panel board (Approximate size 1700mm x1300mm x 300mm) opening up all cubical doors, cleaning with air blower, removing the burnt out unserviceable copper wiring kit and burn out unserviceable extended copper terminals/copper cable and replacing with new copper extended terminal bus bar with suitable size along with required nut bolt, washers and cleaning with air blower to serviceable parts like MCCB's, all terminals, replacement of damaged aluminium/copper lugs any discription of LT UG cable/ copper wire incomming and out going, welding of broken door with suitable hinges, replacement of defective copper wiring with suitable copper conductor with circuit indiator replacement of defective rubber beading,writing various feeder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting all the cable connection from indoor LT Panel and servicing to Panel board (Approximate size 800 X 200 X 1200 mm) opening up all cubical doors, cleaning with air blower, removing the burnt out unserviceable copper wiring kit and burn out unserviceable extended copper terminals/copper cable and replacing with new copper extended terminal bus bar with suitable size along with required nut bolt, washers and cleaning with air blower to serviceable parts like MCCB's, all terminals, replacement of damaged aluminium/copper lugs any discription of LT UG cable/ copper wire incomming and out going, welding of broken door with suitable hinges, replacement of defective copper wiring with suitable copper conductor with circuit indiator replacement of defective rubber beading,writing various feeder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron steel wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check-nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES schedule Part-I connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with including 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 20mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm thick dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6mm dia MS bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, earthing lead from earth plate to eqipment to point (up to 7.5M long) common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified.

Supply and lay in replacement XLPE insulated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core including connection of cable at both ends with suitable size of glands, aluminum lugs complete jointing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
