Fabrication of CGI Sheet (Coloured Sheet) Shed for safeguarding of firefighting pumping equipments by way of bush cutting, cleaning the site by removing unwanted material for erection of CGI shed. Job includes providing, fitting and erection of CGI Sheets on the angle Iron frame of size 12’ x 10’ x 08’ in the rectangular shape by welding 40 mm x 40 mm x 06 mm MS angle iron lengths to make a rectangular shed for installation of electro-mechanical equipments. The angle iron frame to be supported by adequate vertical length of angle iron with a height of 08’ from the floor of the shed with provision of a gradual slanting slope for easy flow of water during rains. Providing and fitting of the vertical frames of steel channels in four corners of shed to be embedded with a cement concrete mix of 1:2:4 ratio after laying of cement concrete plinth 01 feet below ground level and 01 feet above ground level. CGI Sheets of approximate size to be fixed on the angle iron frame horizontally and vertically with the help of hooks and nuts to make it complete water proof. Fabrication of angle iron door frame of 6’x4’ size of angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 06 mm with CGI Sheet fixed on the angle iron door at the front side of the shed for entry. Fabrication of 01 no window of suitable size for proper ventilation with angle iron frame and CGI Sheet fixed on the window angle frame. Providing, fitting and welding appropriate number of support of angle iron lengths for proper strengthening and durability of the shed. Laying the cement concrete flooring in the ratio 1:2:4 after filling of malba up to the required floor level and compacting the earth surface within and around the shed. Also providing of proper drainage around the shed by compacting and concreting the sides outside the shed for easy flow of water. Painting of the shed with superior quality enamel paint. Electrification of the CGI shed by providing and fitting of LED Bulbs with holders – 02 No each; Gang Box with 16 Amp socket – 02 no and ON OFF switches complete job is executed by providing and laying of copper cable, PVC pipe and other allied accessories. Job includes providing and fitting of – 02 no Turbo Ventilator fans on the top of the shed. The job includes cost of material, charges for all types of skilled and unskilled labour along with tools and tackles including the cost of miscellaneous item/parts used during execution of job.

Earthing:- Suitable chemical earthing for all Fire Fighting Electro-mechanical equipments by way of Chemical Earthing including job of making pit of suitable size for chemical earthing. The job includes earth work by using labour for making pit of suitable size for proper earthing and after that laying Copper rod of suitable size (3 mtrs approx.) and filling the pit with chemical (Chemical Earthing). Job also includes clamping the copper rod with the copper strip of size (20 x 3 mm) with nut and bolts. Complete job includes cost of Copper rod, Copper Strips and Copper wire, chemical and other related material and cost of labour charges (02 No Earthing).
