Supply of GP Coils

The firm should have supplied GI Sheets, GI Coil, SSLN Coil, CR Sheet, HR Sheet, MS Plates & Steel Sheets with PVC Coated to any of the Private Bus Body Builders or State Transport Undertakings or other reputed organisation during the previous two years. The PO copies supporting the same should be furnished

a) ASRTU or Manufacturers of GI Sheets, GI Coil, SSLN Coil, CR Sheet, HR Sheet, MS Plates & Steel Sheets with PVC Coated or Authorized Dealers are eligible to participate in the tender. Certificate of Incorporation/Certificate of Registration/Certificate issued by DIC Dept./SSI Certificate should be uploaded along with GST Registration Certificate Bidder has to furnish copies of Annual Vat/GST Returns for the previous year i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025. b) State Govt./Central Govt./Undertakings are eligible to participate. The tenderer should undertake to meet the ordered quantity on fortnightly basis.

Tenderer with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs.1.5 crore during preceding 3 years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025 duly supported by the audited statement of accounts i.e. Manufacturing / Trading and Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheets for tall the three years are eligible to participate.

The tenderer should also submit GST registration certificate issued by department of Commercial Tax

The tender should enclose a Verification Certificate from the chartered Accountant stating that, the turnover details furnished in the audited statement of accounts have been verified by him and that they are found correct. Failure to comply with this condition, the offer will be disqualified

a) The bidder should undertake to supply the ordered quantity as per the delivery schedule provided. b) If the supply and Quality performance are not satisfactory in respect of previous /past supplies, the offers of such firms will be disqualified. c) Tenderers who have been blacklisted by any of the Government Organization/Public sector undertaking for breach of contract shall not be considered. d) The Tender must fulfill all statutory requirements.

Any bidder from a country which shares a land border with India will be eligible to bid in the tender only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority (as detailed at Annexure-B2). In this regard, a compliance certificate/ declaration to be submitted by the bidder on Rs.20/- or Rs.100/- & above stamp Paper as per the format at Declaration-III (regarding restrictions on public procurement from bidders of such country/ countries which shares a Land Border with India.)
