REPAIR TO ROAD MARKING PAINT AND CERTAIN ROAD FURNITURE UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (WEST) AGRA

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minium 2.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermo plastic paint (Hot application white/yellow by indenous modern propelled road marking machine) as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic reflective paint shall meet the MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair plastic speed bumb of ABS material speed beaker / rubber rumbler of size L 250 mm x W 350 mm x H 50 mm fixed with metalic bolt of suitable size embedded in epoxy as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Holes in road shall be drilled with drill machine and necessary cleaning of hole shall be done with blower prior to install the road stud .

S&F in repair safety traffic safe PVC unbrakable convex mirror (60 cm ) made of poly carbonate / ABS / Fibre including fixing arrangements, fixed to MS pipe 50 mm dia and 1.5 mtr high from ground level, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and embedded in ground with and including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), excavation, returning, filling, removal etc of size (250 mm x 250 mm x 400 mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate for excavation, removal of soil & PCC complete shall be included in above quoted rate.

S&F in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size (150 x 150 x 300 mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate for excavation, removal of soil and PCC complete shall be including in above quoted rate.

S&F repair road side sign board of size ( 1.2 m x 1.2 m x 2 mm) of material MS sheet painted both side fixed around stainless steel 40 mm dia pipe with two Nos legs above GL 2.0 m height and below GL 0.5m and space for writing for 20 letters minimum and the height of letters not exc. 100 mm including writing on board with reflective paint on both side as approved by GE and embedded with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size (0.5m x 0.5m x 0.5m) including complete earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old precast interlocking paver block, chequred tiles any size and shape any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface for levelling and slop maintaining complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair prepolished, machine pressed chequred cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick, set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with mixer of white cement and pigmenet as in floors/pavements/ paths laid over screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, 20 mm thick screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (any tint) over a priming coat. complete all as specified and directed. .
