Annual Operation and preventive maintenance to maintain serviceability of all Electrical & Mechanical Installations at Deoghar Airport including DRDO building at Deoghar viz. GLF Systems, , Navigational Aids Electrical installations CCR , DG Sets with AMF Panels, Power Supply Systems, Pump Sets, Lift, BHS,HVAC, VRV, Split AC,Fire fighting equipments( Including gas High Mast Towers, Approach Road & Car Parking Lights, Perimeter Lights , Internal & External E. I. of technical block, power house, fire station etc. covering the scope of operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions and technical specifications of contract on all days including Sundays & Holiday. AS AND WHEN REQUIRED DURING TESTING & COMMISSIONING , OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL INSTALLATION AT DEOGHAR AIRPORT. Note: Manpower to be deployed as per site Requirement and as & when required after due clearance from Engineer - In-Charge and Payment shall be made as per Actual deployment of Manpower. Engineer for 12 Months

Highly skilled(Supervisior)/Computer operator for 12 Months

Skilled/ Electrician/wiremen/AC mechanic for 12 Months

Unskilled/ Helper for 12 Months

Percentage above or below on the rates of DSR'2018(CPWD )-Electrical items( BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL) worth totaling to Rs.500000.00 as per requirement. (Note: The firm has to quote/upload the Percentage above/ below (+/- %) on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate coloumn as clarified below: For Example: If desired to quote 5% above on SR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05. If desired to quote 3% below on SR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.97.)
