S&D of Concealed type split AC machine (a set of full metal body indoor and outdoor unit), having Cooling Capacity range (5.2 KW - 5.3 KW), with fixed speed rotary compressor, refrigerant gas R32/ R410A,, Air flow range CFM (560 - 600), both condenser and cooling coils made of copper tube, with P2 type capacitor, connecting chord with plug top, confirming to IS 1391 (Part-I & Part-II) with all amendments. Noise level not more than 52 db., suitable for 1 Ph. 230V, 50 Hz. power supply. (Make - Mitsubishi Electric/ Daikin/ OGeneral/ Mitsubishi Heavy)

Noise level not more than 52 db., suitable for 1 Ph. 230V, 50 Hz. power supply. (Make - Mitsubishi Electric/ Daikin/ OGeneral/ Mitsubishi Heavy)

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor & Outdoor unit of the following capacity concealed type Split Air Conditioners after making hole in wall & necessary scaffolding arrangement etc as per site condition & direction of EIC including Supply of required Refrigerant as per the manufacturer specifications, S&F of necessary fixing arrangement for indoor duly painted etc as per direction of the EIC.

Sub Head---02 Miscelleneous Items

supply and drawing 5/8' & 1/4" copper refrigerant pipes with 9 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation along with other accessories, wrapping tape etc. on the surface of wall as per direction of EIC

Supply and drawing copper communication & controlling cable of following size-4Core x 2.5 sq.mm copper cable (Make: Finolex / KEI / Polycab / Havells/ RR/Gloster)

Supply & laying PVC Drain Pipe 25 mm dia with necy claming arrangement as per direction of EIC

Sub Head----03 Grill Guard protection

S & F iron cage ( 4O"x 36"x24" ) structure for the split AC machine ODUs on wall for holding and provide protection with locking arrangement & shade arrangement above the grills with corrugated tin shade, necessary anti-rust painting as per direction of EIC

sub head- 04 EI work associated AC unit

Supply & fixing of 240V, 50 Hz, 1ph OLP 3+ starter with digital display for split AC machine (1.5/ 2 TR) having rated current 21A, Voltage range 160-270 Volt having IP-20 protection and provision for display voltage, current & any fault indication (Make- Electron) incl. neccy. connection incl. supply material like wire, lugs etc. if required) and commissioning the same.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc as to GS

Supply & Fixing of 250V, 25A timer controlled single starter for controlling one no. room Air Conditioning Machine in SS double door 2+10 way DB enclosure (L&T / ABB / Legrand make) with S&F following electrical accessories & front door locking arrangement with all connections by finishing the ends of 2 x 4 & 1 x 2.5 mm2 copper wire with dowells solderless socket by crimping method as to GS, earthing attachment on wall incl. necessary connections as per direction of EIC : -

i) 25A DP MCB (L&T / ABB / Legrand make) – 1 no. ii) 24Hr x 7 days programmable Digital timer (L&T make Cat no 67DDTO) – 1 no. iii) 3-pole power contactor (L&T make Cat no MNX22 / 250V) – 2no. [1W+1S units]

iv) 3A SP MCB [for ON/OFF the Timer]-1no

v) LED indication lamp (L&T/Legrand/Scneider) – 2 no. vi) Outgoing bakelite connector 32A (Reputed make as approved by EIC) – 2 nos. vii) with lock & key arrangement

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20/25 mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required

2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC (for PB & RAC)

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. as per G S
