1) Tendered Item is Proprietary Item of M/S.KNORR-BREMSE INDIA PVT. LTD.-PALWAL.. (i) Offers for acceptable makes mentioned in the tender schedule will only be considered for placing the order. (ii) The offer of OEM/ Authorized Agent/Dealer/Distributor shall be considered for placing the order. (iii) In case, the tenderer is the OEM itself, firm should clearly specify acceptable make offered. (iv) In case, the tenderer is authorized agent/dealer/distributor of the specified OEM, firm should upload the Tender Specific Authorization letter/certificate issued by OEM failing which the offer will be summarily rejected.
