"Office Chairs - The seat shall be made 12 mm thick moulded plywood. It shall be upholstered using fabric with high tenacity yarn. The dimensions of seat shall be- 46.0cm(W) x 48.0cm(D) and of back shall be 43.0cm(W) x 60.0cm(D). The armrest top shall be moulded from polyurethane and mounted on to a drop lift adjustable type tubular armrest support.Armrest height adjustable upto 2 steps. Supply of Digital Axle Counter Multi section type complete system alongwith supply of MSDAC toolkit. as per annexure. Digital Axle Counter Multi section type complete system includes the Central Evaluator and final track clearance relay for each section, Reset boxes, LV boxes All Track side units with detection point complete assembly & fixing arrangement for each detection point, clamps deflector for either side of each detection points, monitoring console for monitoring all the DPs at a time installed at a station/RH/IBH etc. with all other accessories fully wired and fully 1 equipped as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/176/ 2013 (ver.3) or latest and manufacturers specification. The equipment must also include the following : a) System must have remote monitoring and health diagnostics feature as per RDSO specification. b) Surge protection device, c) 20% spare slots for the both detection heads and track section in the evaluator for future and emergency provision. "Design, manufacture and supply of Hot Standby Architecture Electronic Interlocking (EI) system complete as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/192/2019 Ver-2 with latest amendment, as per technical requirement & tentative approved Signaling Plans & Diagrams and shall be comply to RDSO Technical Advisory Note No Technical Advisory Note STS/E/TAN/3012 Ver 3.0 dt:28.06.21 or latest. Electronic Interlocking (EI) system mainly consisting of Central Processing Equipment, Interface Equipment/Relays etc. as per requirements, Dual operator Industrial Grade VDU panel (65"" LED Minimum and 4K resolution with separate stand and necessary arrangements for fixing on VDU table ) with Redundancy (Hot stand-by dual VDU Normally one system online and other system in standby mode), VDU table made of solid durable wood as per drawing attached with tender document).Note:- This also includes supply of Two nos. of composite computer & printer table (Godrej work station table) for keeping VDU and one no Godrej make operator chair model PCH7001. 1 All Interfacing Relays suitable for EI, interconnecting cables and Jumper wires, Industrial grade maintenance Terminals (65"LED and 4K resolution with UPS minimum 1 hr. back up), required power supply converters for EI equipment and inverters for VDU monitor with redundant arrangement and auto changeover as per correction in TAN no. 3012 version 3.0 dated 11/07/2022 , Housing for EI equipment and Relay Racks, fuses, screw less disconnecting type terminals, fixture mounting arrangements and accessories necessary to make the EI system functional asper approved signaling plan. The tenderer should furnish complete details of cards/modules/ sub-modules connectors etc. for each station. Maintenance and supervision of EI system installed as per item No.01 of Schedule B for one year as per details given in Special Condition of Contract, Technical requirment & SEM. Numbers= EI/ Year

"Supply & provision of earthing arrangement as per RDSO specs RDSO/SPN/197 Ver 1.0 or latest. Manufacturer specification and as per RDSO's recent guidelines. This includes earthing of E.I equipment, relay racks, power equipment etc done along with the supply of requisite materials to achieve the required value as per signal engineering practice for the system supplied. Earthing shall be in the form of Ring Earth conforming to RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/197 Ver 1.0 or latest (with a min. of 6 maintenance free earth electrodes) & RDSO Drawing issued under Railway 3 Board letter No.2010/Sig./SGF/EI (Ansaldo) Dated 22.06.11, made using copper rings with earth resistance less than 1 ohm. The earthing shall be maintenance free & earth enhancement compound should be used.The ring earth shall be connected to copper flat of size 25x3 mm in the relay room and IPS room. This copper flat shall be fixed on the wall to the entire breadth of the Relay room and IPS room as an earth bus bar and all earth connections shall be taken from it. A, B, C, & D class protection shall be provided for all EI equipment. Note:- This will also co ver the earthing & necessary protection of EI equipment as per details given in the scope of work of Special Condition of Contract and other requirements & Pre commissioning check list of EI system.
