Work Services for rescue operation of electrical operated passenger lifts of make : Johnson of capacity 8 passenger(544 KGS)-11 Nos (suitable for G+10(Ground+10 floor)-09 Nos. and 13 Passenger(884 Kgs) - 11 nos suitable for G+10(Ground+10 floor) installed at Married Accomodation Projects(MAP) Ahirwan Complex, Air Force Station Chakeri, Kanpur round the clock to be operated in three shifts 1st shifts 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 2nd shifts 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 3rd shift 2200 hrs to 0600hrs including Sundays and holidays with following Staff:- FOR BLOCK NO. A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,J,K,L (in THREE SHIFTS) (i) Rescue operator - 03 Nos Note for item No. 1 (a) A skilled rescue operator cum mechanic shall be having ITI cetificate and minimum 05 Years experience in the trade and having sound knowledge about lifts mechanism and its functional operation. (b)The operators have to act quickly in case of hearing alarm from any person stuckup inside operational lifts of Block A to F and rescue them out of the lift immedietly. (c) After the person is taken out of the lift the rescuer should be responsible to identify the defect occured in lift, rectifying the defects for smooth operation and making the lift for smooth operational use. (d) Every rescue operator should be in proper uniform i.e., Trouser, Shirt,Cap, Belt, black leather shoe's etc. as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. (e) He shall be in possession with an temporary id card duly signed by GE. (f) T&P required such as spanner set, Wrench,Screw Driver Set, testing lamp,drilling machine,multimeter,tong tester, and megger etc. shall be provided by the contractor in each shift. (g) Details of Lifts as per Appendix A Attached. (h) The firm /contractor shall be solely responsible to his represetatives/ operators/ personnel for any accident/damage during operation of lift or maintenance / health related liabilities/compensation/ penalty etc. The department will not entertain any claim, compensation , penalty etc on this account and shall heve no liability in this regard (j) If contractor or his authorised representative fails to attned complaint within 30 minutes time a penalty of Rs 500 /- per hour per complaints will be recovered from payment.(h) In case the operator is not found dressed as per mentioned in note (d) a recovery of Rs 50/- for per shift per Operator shall be made accordingly.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts of capacities 13 passenger(884 Kgs) – 11 Nos (suitable for G+10(Ground+10 floor) -09 Nos. and G+8(Ground+8 floor) -02 Nos) & Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts of capacities 8 passenger(544 Kgs) – 11 Nos -09 No suitable (Ground+10floor) and G+8 (Ground+8 floor)-02 Nos) with Emergency Block Panel(EMBP) of capacity 100 Amp including electric controllers, Oiling greasing of all motors, rope, gear boxes with the use of gear oil & Mobil Oil for 22 Lifts installed in MAP Ahirwan Chakeri . Note:- Spares required shall be measured under relevant items below.

M&L for replacement of Electronic Drive in Elevator Control Panel relevant for 15 HP Electric Motor complete with key board built in or detachable for proper control & command inputs and proper analysis of Errors & trouble shooting by an engineer for proper functioning of the lift complete all as specified and directed. Make: DELTA/ABB/Yashikawa

M&L for replacement of Electronic Drive in Elevator Control Panel relevant for 10 HP Electric Motor complete with key board built in or detachable for proper control & command inputs and proper analysis of Errors & trouble shooting by an engineer for proper functioning of the lift complete all as specified and directed.
