Supply,Installation,commissioning and testing air compressor of capacity not less than 2.8 cum/Min at working pressure 7 to 10 Kg/Sq cm, complete with separate vertical air receiver tank of 1 cum capacity at 10.5 Kg/Sq Cm,separete air dryer of capacity 282 CFM and separete air micro filter PF/HE/AC (01 set of 03 No.filters)connected with all fittings including required welding work ,PCC work for plateform as directed by manufacturer including dismantling the old existing plateform for each item of complete system etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor will take prior approval of PCC foundation details from GE before installation of Air compressors.

Supply and fix MS seamless heavy duty Pipe of size 50 mm dia for & upto 10Kg/Sqcm air pressure complete all as specifed and directed. Note : The rated quoted is inclusive of suitable size of flange including nut / bolts at both end of each length of pipe for jointing the pipe and welding work if any for complete installation & testing all as directed.

Supply and fix MS seamless heavy duty Pipe of size15 mm dia for & upto 10Kg/Sqcm air pressure complete all as specifed and directed. Note : The rated quoted is inclusive of suitable size of flange including nut / bolts at both end of each length of pipe for jointing the pipe and welding work if any for complete installation & testing all as directed.

Supply and fix Brass nozzle of 15mm dia for & upto 10Kg/SqCm air pressure complete all as specifed and directed.

Supplly and fix Metalic Ball valve of size 15mm dia for & upto 10Kg/Sqcm air pressure complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and Fix Metalic Ball valve of size 50mm(2 inch) dia class I ISI marked suitable for & upto air pressure10Kg/Sq cm both end flanged & drilled fixed with suitable size nut bolts &washers with suitable thickness gascate complete including taking out of existing unserviceable Ball valve/ Butter fly valve /stop valve complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply,laying & connecting XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volt grade of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 pole MCCB 125 Amp ,50Hz,415 volt , adjustable thermal and magnetic settting with rupturing capacity 25 KA complete including fixing accessories for mounting in existing LT panel all as specified and directed. Make : C&S Cat Part No.CSE I N125 ATM 4P or equivalent in make as per Appendix'A' to PS.

M&L for cross arms,bracing,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers,welding ,bending cold or hot ,drilling holes for bolts ,in any shape or size for supporting the air pipe line as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat,one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete. Note: Required PCC work including dismantelling of old existing plinth for base plinth to support the supporting pipe is included in the rate quoted.

Demolition/cutting of PCC/ bitumen road/hard standing for fixing/ laying of pipe 40/50/15 mm bore minimum 300 mm depth & width 200 mm and making good with M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceble cable of 50 Sq mm,3.5 core complete and making good distrubed surfaces if any all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceble MCCB of any capacity complete and making good distrubed surfaces if any all as directed..

Taking down old unserviceble GI/MS pipe of 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceble GI / MS pipe of 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceble Ball valve /Butterfly valve and nozzle of any size & any description complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceble Ball valve / Butter fly valve /stop valve,of size 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down for old U/S cross arms,bracing,supports,clamps and back plates from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers,in any shape or size as indicated or directed .
