Supply, Erection of 8m Free Standing Double Arm Bracket 8 sided Octogonally continously tapered structured pole with base plate of size 300 x 300 x 12mm as per IS-875 with following specification. Bottom Pole Dia - 130mm Top Pole Dia - 70 mm Thickness of Pole - 3 mm The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO- 1461 with thickness of 65 Micron the octagonal pole shall be erected with bridge wall PCD adapter in cantilever assembly with 250mm x 250mm x16mm GI plates with centre hole of bottom pole dia (130mm) surrounded with four pole arrangement with 8mm thick stiffenner GI plate, 4Nos M24 x 150mm bolt with nut & washer and 4nos M24 x 350mm bolt with nut & washer.

Supply and fixing of 2Nos 150W LED street light luminaire (Higher End) with hot dip galvanised double arm bracket of suitable length with suitable bolt and nuts with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper wire of 48 mtr length from junction box to the fitting. The integrated junction box with pole should be provided with 1No. 4way terminal block with Hylum sheet and 2Nos 6A SP MCB in suitable size door at the bottom with locking arrangements and necessary connection complete. The pole and bracket should withstand wind speed of 180 Km/Hr. All the nut, washer and bolt should be galvanised. Testing and commissioning should be done as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of Fabricated street light control panel of size not less than 3' x 3' x 1.5' made out of 16SWG CRCA sheet steel with lock and key arrangements powder coated with necessary superscribing & danger sign to be mounted on a suitable concreting pedestal with necessary supports with following provisions : 1) Supply and fixing of digital weekly programmable timer switch with shortest switching time of 1 minute to turn on /off the lights. 2)Supply and fixing of 63A Four pole contactor 3) Supply and fixing of Vertical type 8 way triple pole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure double door type (Metal) with IP42 protection with 1 no. 63A 4 pole MCB as incoming,8 Nos 32A 3pole MCB as outgoing on suitable angle framework with earth connection complete. Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 3 phase 63A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1-1/2 feet using angle iron of size 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/4" rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 2 feet x 1/2 feet of 6mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3Nos. 63A fuse units (500V), 1No. neutral link, copper earth flat of size 1" x 1/4" with interconnection of EB meter to fuse units by 16 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire with 1No 63Amp 30MA Four Pole RCD /RCCB (Higher End) with suitable necessary connection with earth connection complete (EB service Connection).

Supply and fixing of 3Phase 63A aerial fuse unit for 3Nos 63A fuse units (500V) on suitable MS sheet covered with 6mm thick hylem sheet on suitable angle iron work the tapping pole with necessary clamps.

Supply and Run of 4 of 10 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigd pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 10 sq.mm copper wire with painting of suitable colour.

Supply and Run of 4 of 10 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI wire for service connection mains.

Supply and fixing of 150W LED street light fitting with LED (Higher end) with 40mm dia. GI pipe (class B) with 1 no.40 mm dia GI bend complete on the existing post/ on wall with 1.5 sq.mm PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads with MS clamps and with painting with SMC Junction box to house 1No 6A SP MCB and 4 way terminal block with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads with necessary connection complete.

Supply and Run of 4 of 10 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in 32mm dia GI pipe (class B ) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end support for service connection mains.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and Laying of 3 1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and clamping of 3 1/2 x 25 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection.
