Charges for attending routine maintenance works such as checking of seal water flow, gland leak, pump bed tightness, greasing, belt tension and if necessary to replace the gland rope, in all the Ash slurry pumps, High pressure water pumps, Low pressure water pumps, flush water pumps, seal water pumps, sump pumps, cable trench pump and its related valves. Oil top up works in all the Ash slurry pumps, Low pressure water pumps & flush water pumps, Daily Cleaning of debris in the Ash slurry sump for Unit I & II, cleaning of all the Ash slurry pumps, High pressure water pumps, Low pressure water pumps, flush water pumps, seal water pumps, sump pumps, cable trench pump and its related valves & pipe lines painting of all types of pumps, valves and its related pipe lines if necessary, Cleaning of in and around the pump house such as floor cleaning in Ash Handling pump house, Stage – I The Engineer in charge at site. and drawl of materials and devolution of scraps.
Charges for replacement of existing wornout oil seals in the non drive end side of the Ash Slurry pump by removal of drive end assembly, replacing the and reassembling the same, belt tension and alignment works as directed by the Engineer in charge at site
Charges for replacement of existing wornout spares/oil seal in the drive end side of the Ash Slurry pump by removal of suction & discharge spool pieces, suction side door, Suction side wear plate, suction flange, outer casing, inner casing, impeller, bracket side door, bracket side wear plate, gland housing, expeller, shaft sleeve, liquid thrower and belts, replacing the and reassembling the same, belt tension and alignment works as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.
Charges for dismantling the High pressure water pumps, Low pressure water pumps, flush water pumps or sump pump(A) by decouple the pump from the motor, dismantling the entire pump, replacing the wornout spares, reassembling and alignment works as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.
Charges for dismantling the cable trench pump, seal water pump or sump pump (B) by decouple the pump from the motor, dismantling the entire pump, replacing the wornout spares, reassembling and alignment works as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.
Charges for replacement of existing wornout NDE bearing in the High pressure water pumps, Low pressure water pumps, flush water pumps or seal water pumps by dismantling the bearing end cover, replacing the wornout bearing, reassembling and alignment works as directed by the Engineer in charge at site
Charges for replacement of existing wornout DE bearing / shaft sleeves in the High pressure water pumps, Low pressure water pumps, flush water pumps or seal water pumps by decouple the pump from the motor, dismantling the pump, replacing the wornout bearing / shaft sleeves, reassembling and alignment works as directed by the Engineer in charge at site
Charges for replacing the worn out (or) punctured M.S. spool piece by dismantling the sleeve joint, flange joint, dismantling the punctured M.S. spool piece, fabrication of new spool piece, erection and line joining work in the Ash slurry pipe lines in Ash handling pump house as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.
Charges for patch welding works in the worn out (or) punctured portion of the Ash slurry pipeline by dismantling the sleeve joint, flange joint, dismantling the punctured pipe line, half round patch welding work and line joining work in the Ash handling pump house as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.
Charges for dismantling the worn out (or) punctured 200 /250/ 300 NB valves, repairing and reassembling in the existing pipe lines in Ash handling pump house as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.
Charges for filling in ash bags, stacking of ash bags in the slurry trench at the entry of the sump, dismantling suction side gate valves and spool pieces in of suction lines and providing dummy plate, dewatering of slurry sump with the help of centrifugal mono block pump, dismantling and removal of grills provided in the slurry sump and removal of wet ash deposit from sumps
Retrieving the deposited ash along the Ash slurry Sump unit-III and transporting and unloading at LAD.
Remove the grills over the ash slurry sump of Unit III and refixing the grills over the sump
Replacement of eroded 300NB Ash Slurry pipe(Cutting and welding 2 joints

Charges for replacing the existing worn out 80 /100 / 200 / 250 / 300 NB valves in the Ash handling pump house as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.
Charges for replacing the existing worn out / punctured seal water line for Ash slurry pump, erection of new line and related valves in the Ash handling pump house as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.
Charges for replacement of damaged / worn out bearings in the ash slurry pumps including of de-coupling the pump from the motor dismantling of suction and delivery spool pieces ,outer casing ,bracket side, wear plate,bracket side door ,impeller, dismantling of driven pulley from shaft, gland housing, liquid thrower inner and outer bearing caps etc. (Dismantling of ash slurry pump).
