Supplying, fitting and fixing 25mm thk one layer ecofriendly magnesite bonded wood wool (PEFC certified) acoustic wall panel , of size 1200 x 600 x 25mm having edge detail AK-01, weight 11.30 Kg/Sqm, fire protection class B-s1,d0 as per EN 13501-1 & Humidity Resistance of 90%. Panels should be backed by 40 to 50mm thick rock-wool slabs packed in 1200 x 600 polythene bags having a gross density of 50kg/m3 over chicken mesh wire maintaining a distance of 85 mm from the wall to achieve a NRC of 0.9 as per ASTM C423 and be fixed as per architectural drawings using 0.60mm thick and 60mm wide GI cold rolled section frame work behind as per specifications using screws. The framework is formed by vertical and horizontal laying of GI section to form the grid modules of 600x1200mm or 600x600mm screw fixed using white beige 50mm Length / 4.5 mm dia screws or glue fixed as required, including the cost of cutting pocket/ slots of any size and shape and finishing the sides and edges for providing fittings or fixtures like electrical switch board, Air Conditioners, Sound system, Projector, Fire fighting equipments, closed circuit TV etc. & backfiill all complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge. Each edge of the panel should overlap 30mm width of the GI section framework. Panels to be spray painted on site under supervision of manufacturer. Supplying and fitting in all places of wall panelling to all heights and fixing on pre- framed existing frame work grid with glass wool of 50mm thick having density of 48 Kg per cum. to be inserted into the pre - fabricated slot covered the glass wool by marking cloths treated with Naptha @ 0.07 Ltr.per Sq.m. of cloths. Finally 12.5mm thick gypsum Fulton board having size 595mmX595mm fitted & fixed into the pre-fabricated grid and covered the all perifirial gaps of fulton board by self additive fibre tape with necessary filler if required, complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing boiling water proof ply conforming to IS: 710-1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848-1974 of approved make and brand fitted and fixed as per design as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC.
