Excavation in earth work in drains and channels etc. in all kinds of soil such as kankar mooram singles conglomerate soil decomposed for soft/ hard or by blasting/chiselling(where blasting is prohibited) including dressing of sides & beds,disposing of excavated earth withall leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and returning & commissioning the stacked soil in foundationetc. including ramming and consolidating the same where ever required within all leads and lifts and site clearance and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at site of work.

Laying, jointing,testing and commissioning of HDPE(heigh density polythene pipe) for use for buried water main and services and for water supply above ground, both inside and out side building duly ISI marked (IS-4984-1995)as ammended upto date of PE 80 of pressure 4.0 kg/cm2 of the following diameter (earth work to be measuredand paid for separatly). complete in all respect, including entire carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying jointing,testing and commissioning at site in treches galvanised miled steel pipe 50 mm dia (medium grade) as under confirming to BIS-1239 (part 1) 1990 or latest with upto date amendments capable of with standing required test pressure as prescribed in BIS/ISO code, in random lengths of 5.50 to 5.60 meter. The pipe ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding, confirming to IS -816-1969 or latest as applicable (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories what evere required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends and other special manufactured from parent pipes etc. and cutting of pipes whatever required as per site requirment i/c carriage in all leads and lifts and as per directed by Engineer in Charge (earth work in trench to be measured and paid for separatly).

Providing and fixing CI sluice valves(with hand wheels) as per IS : 780 class up to 300 mm dia (including brass spindle and as per IS:2906 class II for diameter more than 300 m complete with nuts, bolts rubber insertion etc) the tail pieces if required shall be measured and paid separately of following dia Bir make PN-1.6 complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing Alfa valve of 160 mm dia i/c entire carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation & trenches etc. in in earth work lift up to 1.5 meter stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of excavaton and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. Consolidating each deposited layers by remming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as direction within a lead of 20 mtr in pick work.

Providing and lying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4Sand: 8 Graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and Plinth, i/c entire carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts

Ist class Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) complete in all respect i/c entire carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4( 1 cement : 2 quarry sand :4 app. quality stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40 mm thick complete in all respect i/c entire carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar1:3 (1 cement :3 sand)of rough side or brick masonary/ stone masonary /concrete / walls for interior plastering upto floor two level i/c arrises, internal, rounded angles, chambers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar1:3 (1 cement :3 sand).
