REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF CASSETTE WINDOW SPLIT TYPE AIR CONDITIONERS AND CERTAIN ALLIED REPAIRS AT ADE DEBEL UNDER GE I R AND D EAST BANGALORE

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable micro processor PC board with new microprocessor PC board on any type of AC like existing / inverter type split AC / Cassette Type AC by dismantling / disconnecting the same carefully without disturbing other components upto 3 TR capacity AC including making necessary fixing arrangement etc., complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : LG / Carrier / Voltas / Bluestar / Hitachi / Samsung

Material and labour for removal of existing window type AC upto 3 TR after of removing all connections like refrigerant pipe / voltage stabilizer safely including electrical connections and shifting it to new location by making suitable opening, frame work, power wiring with industrial type box connecting testing commissioning all as directed including reclosing the opening at old place and matching the cement work and colouring at old/new location including making all connections and testing in on position complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to include for core cutting / wall cutting including making hole for refrigerant pipe etc . No extra items except refrigerant gas and copper pipe if required shall be paid. .

Supplying and laying in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe as in Copper tube 5/8" x 3/8" complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe as in Copper tube 1/2 " x 1/4" complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs Copper refrigerant pipe as in Copper tube 5/8 " x 1/4" complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing the Split type Air conditioner outdoor unit / indoor unit from its position for pressure / leak testing and arresting the leakages in condenser coil / cooling coil by brazing etc. and gas charging as per required basis complete for Split type AC 1.5 ton / 2.0 ton / 3 TR complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall includes for refrigerant gas charging as per required basis.

Material and labour for complete servicing after pumping down Indoor / outdoor units of split AC complete by cleaning condenser / Evaporator coil with air blower, wet servicing of condenser coil unit with caustic soda etc., replacement of sheet metal screws wherever necessary applying oil in fan motor bushes checking and rectifying the wiring defects, proper setting of thermostat and other electrical / Refrigerant controls, cleaning the air filter for split air conditioner upto 2 TR all complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) The rate is deemed to includes for minor spares. (ii) Gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

All as per Ser Item No 7.00 above but for multi Split type Air Conditioner 3.0 Ton (2 x 1.5 TR).

All as per Ser Item No 7.00 above but for Window Type Air conditioner upto 1.5 TR capacity.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable overload relay from window / split type AC upto 3 TR capacity including supply and fix new overload relay suitable for any type AC upto 3 TR testing and commissioning for satisfactory performance complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : SRIRAM OR EQUIVALENT

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable thermostat from window / split type airconditioner up to 3 TR capacity, supply and fix new thermostat, testing and commissioning the same for satisfactory performance complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : SEIMENS OR EQUIVALENT

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable starting capacitor of 80 / 100 mfd suitable for split / window type air conditioner upto 3 TR complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : UNIVERSAL OR EQUIVALENT

Supply and fix in replacement of running capacitor 25 / 36 / 45 / 50 mfd suitable for window / split type air conditioners up to 3 TR capacity complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : UNIVERSAL OR EQUIVALENT

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable internal wiring of window / split type air conditioner up to 3 TR capacity, supply and rewiring complete with copper conductors including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing defective unserviceable fan blades from window / split type airconditioners upto 3 TR capacity, supply and fix new blade suitable for air-conditioners of existing MAKE of LG / Blue Star / Voltas / Carrier complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Time delay timer cum single phase preventer suitable for 2 TR / 3 TR capacity any make and any model of split type AC including taking down unserviceable timer etc., complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : L&T OR EQUIVALENT

Supply and lay PVC insulated cable flexible type with copper conductor 4 sq.mm 3 core suitable for window / split type airconditioner upto 3 TR capacity of length 3 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening dismantling and removing the indoor unit of split air conditioner of capacity 1.5 / 2 TR, supply and fix new indoor unit of split air conditioner of 1.5 / 2 TR with making complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE : VOLTAS OR EQUIVALENT

Supply and charging refrigerant gas 407C / 134A / R-32 complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : FLURON OR EQUIVALENT

Supply and fix in replacement of outdoor condensing unit of split type AC (normal / inverter type) 1.5 / 2 TR capacity complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : VOLTAS OR EQUIVALENT

Supply and fix in replacement of new hermetically / Rotary sealed compressor for 1.5 TR capacity split type AC including removing of unserviceable sealed compressor unit etc. complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : TOTAL LINE OR EQUIVALENT

Supply and fix in replacement of voltage stabilizer upto 5 KVA capacity including testing etc., taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : V Guard OR EQUIVALENT

Removing defective unserviceable blower fan motor indoor unit from split type air conditioners of 3 TR capacity, supply and fix blower fan motor unit suitable for split air conditioners upto 3 TR complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- GRUNDFOS OR EQUIVALENT

Supply and fix plug top metal clad 3 pin 16 Amps suitable for window / split type air conditioner up to 2TR capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Insulating the suction / discharge line of split type air conditioner up to 3 TR capacity with necessary insulating filter wool 6mm thick upto 3 mtr length complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Contactor 240 volts, up to 32 Amps suitable for window / split type AC capacity up to 3.0 TR including dismantling of existing contactor complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- LG OR EQUIVALENT

Dismantling unserviceable cooling coil from 1.5 / 2 / 3 TR capacity split AC carefully without damaging the other parts, supply and fix new cooling coil made out from seamless hard copper pipe including brazing and pressure testing dry nitrogen gas including charging any type of refrigerant gas as per existing AC, testing, commissioning, etc. suitable for make LG / Bluestar / Voltas / Carrier complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 32 Amps 10 KA including taking out unserviceable MCB etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Industrial type sheet metal plug and socket complete with MCB SP 20 Amps including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of blower of split air conditioner suitable for any type AC like existing / invertor type AC upto 1.5 / 2 TR capacity as per existing make and model suitable for make LG / Bluestar / Voltas / Carrier Airconditioning including making all connection and testing to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC insulated cable flexible type with copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core suitable for window / split type air conditioner up to 3 TR for connecting to indoor to outdoor unit capacity upto 5 Mtr length complete all as specified and as directed.

Pressure testing and rectifying leakage in the system of ductable split air conditioner / cassette type AC / package type / VRF / VRV type up to 3 TR to 5 TR capacity by brazing including copper tubing if required upto 1.5 Mtr length and including gas charging, testing for satisfactory performance, commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing defective PC board carefully with out disturbing the cooling coil and fan motor of upto 5 TR air conditioner and taking to reputed workshop check thoroughly and rectify the fault including replacement of IC transformer and connected accessories and refixing back to original position including testing and commissioning etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix complete body made out from 24 SWG GI sheet with powder coating of split type AC suitable for fixing of condenser coil, compressor and other accessories of 2 TR capacity split type AC including taking out unserviceable rusted existing outer body of 2 TR capacity slit type AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old rusted outdoor unit split air conditioner stand upto 2 TR from the existing site, supply and fix new stand made of mild steel as per existing without disturbing / damaging the copper piping etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PCB board suitable for VRF / VRV type Package type Air conditioner as per existing make and model upto 5 TR cassette / package type air conditioner complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the unserviceable air filter, etc., supply and fix new nylon air filter cleanable indigenous, for cassette ACs of suitable size for the window type air conditioners of upto 3TR ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Periodical checking day to day maintenance attending day to day complaints of all cooling appliances i.e. window type A/Cs of any capacity water coolers of 80 120 & 150 litre capacity and 3000 / 4000 cum / hr Desert Coolers and Refrigerators of any capacity and periodical cleaning of water coolers once in three months round the clock including Sunday & Holiday with in specified time not more than two hours at ADE and DEBEL complete all as specified. One refrigerator mechanic and two helpers shall be provided daily for the purpose complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Spare parts upto cost of Rs. 100.00 shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder. (ii) Any other spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (iii) Complaint shall be rectified within 48 Hours from the date of complaint, failing which recovery shall be charge @ Rs. 500.00 per complaint per day.
