Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leeping plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 80mm thick average consolidated thickness, mud phuska on flat roofs including 25mm thick mud plaster and 3 mm thick leeping plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

-ditto- All as per sl item No 4 but except brick tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Serviceable tiles obtained from sch item No 1 shall be re used in this item.

M&L for the roof treatment by making the surface throughly wire brushed washed, dried up and cleaned of all forgein matter and dust and applying cement screed bed of 10mm thick 1:4 and over that applying one coat of primer on the dried plastered surafces of approved bitumens primer @ 0.25 to 0.30 ltrs per Sqm shall be applied over this primed surface the polymerized modified bituminus water proofing memberance with non woven polyster as reinfocement memberance with white gravel /mineral finished on upper side having weight @ 3 Kg/Sqm & minimum thickness 3mm shall be laid by torch application method with necessary overlapse and the overlap while torching shall be 100mm on length side & 100mm on width side of memberance as per the manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work to be Carried out by authorised applicator as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 6mm thick multi wall clear/bronze/green/ blue polycarbonate sheet with EPDM rubber gasket, silicon sealants, cold forged fasteners etc on steel structure complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight of curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as on brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces in cement mortar 1:4 to brick/concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilings fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of distemper oil emulsion to newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surface including chalk whiting on plaster surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premisses complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non- skid joint free ceramic coloured printed tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair on brick or concrete surfaces back coat for laying of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for tiling in dado, vertical surface 300x200x7mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tile complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate of 100mm thick as in flooring laid in alternate bays including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate finishing the concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast machine pressed concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50 mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick (minimum size 55 cms x 55 cms) over 15 mm thick cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slabs as in vertical surfaces such as risers of steps 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, mirror polishing also moulding edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for granite tiles/slab (of any type) 15 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Steel rolling shutters of 1.25mm thickness of laths, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated of gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for aluminium sections used as strip and other members in aluminium rolling shutter and other similar works for existing aluminium door powder coated of any colour (thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) as frames for doors, windows, curved rolling shutter strip including interlocking mechanism (1.4 mm thick double layer, width 50-80 mm), ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully the hood of steel rolling shutter of size not exceeding 5 sqm each for replacement of unserviceable/ defective parts and refixing in the same opening after cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing, oiling, replacement of rusted nut, bolts etc. removing of bend, alignment etc to make good the system and to made good the disturbed surfaces of walls including periodicals to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to gear box, rack & pinion system, bearing including necessary welding etc for rolling shutter of size exceeding 5 sqm but not exceeding 25sqm each to make serviceable including minor repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note for sl item Nos 58 & 59 Necessary ball bearing, rolling springs shall be measure and paid separately under relevant items.
