Removing by chisteling / hammering / breaking of BB, CC Block, RR Masonry work with both side plaster, in cement mortar & other finishes if any etc. including collecting, shifting, loading, carriage, unloading & stacking the serviceable materials [such as Bricks, Stone rubbles & CC blocks & other servicable marterials] in Civil Sectional Store at Kaiga Township, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting, stacking the debris / unwanted materials upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the placer of work work premises, cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specifications and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all heights & lifts.

Providing and laying PCC, 1:2:4 using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles for plinth, floor & drain bedding & all other various miscellaneous PCC works including preperation of base by closed hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces; racking out the adjoining masonry joints and cleaning, machine mixing, transporting, laying, spraeding, consolidation, leveling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing removing staging / platform, providing; fixing & removing formwork, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights.

Providing and laying Cement Plaster, of 15 mm. thick in CM 1:5 to the masonry & concrete surfaces [new / old, repair / rectification / modification works including chipping] etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the adjoining concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints, removal of damaged / loose plaster & cleaning, curing, providing; fixing & removing staging / plaform, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms.s from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Removing of plastering over brickbat coba/slab[thickness 10 mm. to 25 mm.] and providing & laying 20mm thick plaster over roof slab with cement mortar ratio 1:4 finishing with cement slurry (2.75 kgs of cement per sqm. of area) & making chequers of size 300x300 mm on top of finished surface.Cement mortar & cement slurry shall be mixed with Acrylic polymer chryso or equilavalent armocrete. Acrylic polymer chryso armour crete shall be mixed with cement mortar and cement slurry at 10% by weight of cement / as per the recommendation of the manufacturer's rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish [using rough sponge] including preparation of base by racking out joints, cleaning, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform collecting, stacking the generated waste and disposing outside the township premises etc., Complete all as per standard technical specification or as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all lifts / heights & at all locations.

Providing and laying / fixing Plan or Curved Galvalum Sheets for Roofing, Ridges & Cladding etc. [0 .47 mm thick] of Colour Mat Finish Coating: AZ - 150 / 550 MPA, Paint : RMP [Regular Modified Polyester], Top Coat: 18 - 20 Micron, Bottom Coat: 5 - 7 Micron, Trapezoidal Profile 0.47 mm thick at pitch 250 mm., Width 1060 mm, Length as per site measurement, Aluminium - Zinc Steel Sheet [Galvalume Base] 55 % aluminium, 43 % Zinc, 1.60 % Silicon with Tensile strength of 345 to 550 MPA including providing & fixing necessary self drilling screws of best quality & EPDM washers, Galvalum sheets Roofing with Galvalum Ridges shall be of approved shade / colour & confirming to the relavent BIS specification of the latest edition and of approved make, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing Staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Fabricating gates, hand rails, frames of panels, purlins, rafters, horizantal / vertical / cross members, columns, beams, trusses and all other miscellaneous new & modification to exising structure/s including providing standard MS Steel Sections which are required for executing this work and fixing / erecting the same in position to true line level & plumb, preparation of base, providing & fixing hilti bolts [of approved quality] of suitable dia. & length or providing & fixing by chemical anchorage [of reputed brand],prepration of base, providing & painting One Coat of approved Zinc Phospate Primer of asian paints / berger make and Two Coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of asian paints / berger make, of approved shade / colour etc., providing; fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and applying One Coat of water based epoxy PU primer and Two or more Coats of Polyurea, Water proofing liquid member of offering Mechanical, Chemical, Thermal, UV & Weather resistant proportion (Asian Paints) including the filling of cracks with smart care non-shrinking repair mortar, Providing, fixing removing staging / platforms, preparation of base properly collecting, stacking the generated waste upto a lead of 200 meters from the place of work, cleaning the work area etc ., complete all as per standard technical specification, as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations, at all heights & lifts.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain u.p.v.c gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc.,including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid UPVC rain water pipes including jointing with seal ring leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 100 mm diameter
