Excavation of soft/loose soil in trenches not exc 1.5 meter wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for manholes, laying of pipe/ cables in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and repairing/overhauling of air break gang operated switch with DO fuse unit 200 Amp/400 Amp capacity triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizontally , replacement of broken/worn-out components, oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts with providing conducting jelly of contacts refixed the same after repair including proper allienment complete all as directed. ( Note:- Warn out component/ insulators / ASCR shall be measured and paid separately)

Disconnect HT & LT connections from any type of transformers indoor/outdoor, plinth/ pole mounted in any location in the restricted areas of 503 SU shifting to workshop for carry out any repair works, as directed install back in original location including re-connection of HT & LT supply system of capacity complete all as specified and directed. (a) 100 to 1000 KVA Note:- (a) Required tools & plant including lifting arrangement, transport etc shall be included in the rate quoted. (b) Any damage occurred during lifting/ transporting, the firm will be responsible to rectify such defect free of cost.

Shifting of trolly mounted transformer to the site and disconnecting the defective transformer from HT and LT side connection and connecting the trolly mounted stand by transformer by making neccessary HT /LT side connection properly for temporary basis and disconnecting the same after repair of removed /issolated transformer and connecting work shop repaired transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair / Servicing / maintenance of transformer 11 / .433 KV indoor / outdoor type , plinth / pole mounted type including the following work services :- (a) Disconnecting transformer from electric system and providing electric power to user from alternative arrangement including taking out from existing position . (b) Decanning of transformer oil , opening top cover , disconnecting of all internal connections , lifting and taking out of core assemble , LT / HT bushesing , Tap changer etc ,cleaning and inspection of core and winding , segrigetion of serviceable and unsv items , removing of sludge and cleaning tank and cooling pipes / fins /tanks with pressure water and drying the tank complete . (c) Replacinig Unsv LT / HT bushing by replacing rubber / cork oil seals and damage terminal rod & replacement of Transformer cover gasket of rubber cork sheet . (d) Re installation of TFR including reassembling of core / winding assembly complete including replacement of unsv parts , repair the defective parts and tighting of all loose / sparks wire / nut bolts etc and refixing the to the existing position , connecting with HT/LT cables and earthing strip and testing complete including necessary Transportation ( If required ) to the work shop and back and including Dehyderation and refilling of existing or new transformer oil of required quantity .complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 36,37 & 38 :- (i) Dehydration of oil and new Transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately . (ii) Transportation of TFR measured and paid seperately . (iii) HT & LT Busing , Tap Changer will be measured & Paid separataly. (iv) In case HV / LV Winding found damages then Contactor shall be made serviceable with new winding and the same will be measured and paid seperately . (v) The rate of corck sheet & Packing Material for following cap of TFR are included in coted rate of following cap of TFR :-

Removing of existing damage insulating material from LV Winding , Cleaning the winding and reinsulating the LV Winding with approved grade and make of insulating paper and heating the coil in the heat chamber to obtained desired result of insulating resistence complete and re-installation .complete all as specified and directed.

Material and winding of HV side copper winding with super enammeled copper wire of existing size , gauge and weight of approved grade wire including necessary insulating material and heating the coil in the heat chamber to obtained desired result of insulating resistence complete and re-installation .complete all as specified and directed.

Material and winding of LV side copper winding with existing size / type and weight of copper strip winding of approved grade including rapping of insulating tap and insulating material and heating the coil in the heat chamber is obtained desired result of insulating material .complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 41 & 42 : - (i) Contractor shall be open the core assrmbly and segrigatted the serviceable / unser winding and shown to the EIC before and after incorportation to the TFR . (ii) Actual weight of the new winding shall be measured and paid . (iii) In case of damages of the LV Windings and required re insulation of LV Winding then shall be measured and paid seprrately .

Supply and replace of silica jel cristal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repalcement of heavy duty breather assembly with Silica jel cristal for Transformer as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of new temprature guage ( 0 degree to 120 degree C ) range dial temprature as directed including taking down old unserviceable guage.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for transformer oil level indicator assembly complete with iron frame, glass, rubber packing sheet, nuts, bolts and washers etc as per existing.complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV (size 2 x 1 m) for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety. complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for removing the burnt out/ damaged LV bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass LV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity complete all as specified and directed.

(i)100 to 160 KVA

(ii)400 KVA

(iii) 630 to 1000 KVA

Materials and labour for removing the burnt out/ damaged HV bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass HV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) 630 to 1000 KVA

Dehydration of existing transformers 11 KV and servo voltage stabilizer of oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength up to 60 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode including toping up of oil if required at site.complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Dehydration of transformer / voltage stabilizer oil shall be carried out at site and contractor shall be taken the testing result before and after dehydration of oil and shown to the EIC at site and maintain necessary documents for record . (ii) Dehydration Machine with all T&P & Transformer oil testing machine for dehydration of Transformer oil and necessary transportation for the machines is arrange by contractor . (iii) Oil required for topping up the transformer / voltage stabilizer will be measured & paid separatly

Supply and charging topping up of new low viscosity transformer oil from sealed drums confirming to IS 335-1993 Part-II after testing the correct dielectric strength up to 60 KV at 2mm gap duly de-hydrated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Off load Tap changer switch of existing model / type of Transformer of capacity 100 to 160 KVA.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Off load Tap changer switch of existing model / type of Transformer of capacity 400 KVA.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Off load changer switch of existing model / type of Transformer of capacity 630 to 1000 KVAcomplete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 53 to 55 :- (i) Fixing charges shall be includede in rate coated under Item No 38 .

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces steel by brushing/changing stain, greasy spots with thinner and apply two coats of spray painting with super enameled smokes grey colour paint of approved by Dept. and writing the MES / SM No with white paint as directed to transformer indoor/outdoor installed at various different locations complete all as specified and directed at site.

Disconecting the LT incoming and outgoing main cables of any size ,strip opening of the voltage stablizer , draining out the oil into a cleaned container ( container shall be arranaged by the contractor ).Lifting up dimmer and transformer with help of tripoid and chain pulley etc (The T & P shall be arranged by contractor ), checking of all the parts ,cleaning and servicing of the container,dimmer,transformers coil and allied parts including replacememnt of minor parts like nut bolts ,connecting wires ,rubber seals /packing etc . ( The repair/ replacement of the major parts shall be measured and paid seperately ) and reassembling the volt stablizer complete (in reverse order.). Refilling oil ater dehydration and filtration/cleaning by centrifuging machine including testing of samples before and after dehydrations and filtration complete, and reconeecting the incoming and outgoing cable connection, commisioning and testing of the volt stablizer on load complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule

M & L for complete repairing / Serviceing of HT 11 KV Vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) after disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing connection, checking/finding of the defective spare/parts, removing of all moisture content with suitable grade chemical, replacement of rusted nuts,bolts and washer, replacement of all unserviceable post insulator and repair of all busbar joints and covered with HT insulation tape, painting of all internal surface where required and complete external surface as per existing colour and quality, replacemnt of all defective internal AC/DC circuit wiring, repair/servicing of breaker trolly including motorized operating mechanism, CT/PT, power pack and calibration of triping relays system and tripping mechanism for regulating the fault flow (Over Current, Earth Fault, Differential) in sequence from down streem to receiving Sub stn for accuracy and effective functioning of VCB complete all as specified and as directed. Supply only voltage transformer of ratio 1100 RT3 / 110RT3V Acc class 1.0 burden 200 VA STC 25 KA for 1 sec including copper extention strips of required size and rating complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only spring charging motor suitable for fixing with 11 KV indoor type VCB panel complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only charging bottle suitable for 11 KV VCB trolly complete all as specified and directed .

Calibration of Protective relay programmable type in HT panel with carrying out secondary injection test, set the relays in accordance with the supply agency Protection/Tripping range so as to trip the MES breaker before tripping the fault to supplier grid/ system. All parameter in MES breaker tripping setting in relays shall be arranged in such away that any fault occured in the feeders after the recieving station must not transfer to the suppliers system.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanteling and overhauling and testing potential transformer capacity 11 KV/ 110 volts AC make crompton & greaves and replacement of worn out spares such as contacts, bushing, control wiring fibre plates, gaskets , transformer oil and applying multi grease to the mechenical parts & dry graphite conductive seaslant to contacts etc. & re-assembling the same and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Air Circuit Breaker 4pole/3pole, 630 to 2000 Amps 415 Volts, draw out/fixed type from location and repair /overhauling of spring drive mechanism, coil, auxiliary switch including setting of over load coil,no volt coil, tripping coil & apply multi grease for mechnical parts, cleaning and inspecting male and female contacts and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts, checking of electrical wiring system, testing, and assembling all items/components parts to the respective position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts will measured and paid separately.

Supply , fix ,test and commissionning in repair in existing panel APFC Relay, 12 Stages digital type suitable for 415V, 3phase, AC supply and all specified and directed.

M & L for Restrainingre of HT /LT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as directed and specified.

Trimming of tree branches upto 11m from ground level all along the over head electric supply lines, to clear all branches maintaining a clear distance of 1.5m from the conductors. The maximum average dia of branches shall not exceed 20cm. After trimming the cut pieces and branches are cleared from the road upto a distance 200m.complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Required tools, ladder, Safety equipment etc. shall be arranged by the firm. (b) Area wise shut down to feeders shall be given on one day notice upto 4hrs.

Supply ,install testing and commisioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system conforming to IS: 3043 using 77mm dia 3000mm long copper rod with exothermic T point rod with long copper strip of size 50mm x 6 mm and 90 mm dia terminal pipe of thickness 1.6 mm and 3000 mm long with copper test certifcate 99.99%. The ground enhancing compound made of Marconite conductive aggregate (consist of Marconite resin-based cements, adhesive and gypsum plasters) shall not be less than 45 kg.
