Construction of store Room Building South Side Near Computer Section at Corporation Main Office in Ward No 82 Central Zone

1.Earth work excavation foundation in all soils and sub soils including softdisintegrated rock and soft rock to the fulldepth as may be directed except in hard rockrequiring blasting, including necessary string,strutting, shuttering,bailing or pumping outsub soil water, removal of slush wherevernecessary and also including refilling thesidesof foundations with excavated soil in layers of 15cm, thick well rammed and consolidateddepositing thesurplus earth within ghtecompound in places shown by the departmental officers with all leads and liftsand clearing and levelling the site etc.

2.Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, foursand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hardbroken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering if found necessary andlaid in layers of not more than 15 cm thickand compacted etc.,complete complying witstandard specification.

3.Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

4.Supplying and erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING, PLINTH BEAM, etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

5.Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RECTANGULAR COLUMNS, TOP AND BOTTOM SLABS OF BOXING, SILL SLABS, SUN SHADES etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm X 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete as directed

6.Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOCKS. STAIRCASE WAIST, LANDING SLAB, LANDING BEAM and CANOPY etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm X 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarinas props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed

7.Refilling the excavated earth layer by layer cost including watering and consolidations etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officer.

8.Filling with Well gravel layer by layer cost including watering and consolidations etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officer.

9.Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification -

10.Plastering in CM 1:4 20mm Thick for internal wall surface etc complete

11.Conveyance of Surplus earth from work site to City outer with average lead of 15 km etc complete

12.Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing, vibrator charges etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

13.Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

14.Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

15.Supply and fixing of mild steel window grills & pipes etc complete

16.Supply and fixing of mild steel door & windows using all round "L" angle 25 X 25 X 6mm thick, cross bracing 20 X 6mm M.S.Flat with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc.,

17.Roofing with galvanaised iron sheet 0.47m thick with standard specifications

18.Paving the floor with Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

19.Flooring with Ellis pattern using 6mm chips as per the direction of departmental officers

20.Supply and Run of 2 of 2.5 sq.mm. (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour.

21.Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A FT switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point/Fan point

22.Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed power plug point

23.Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 15A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed power plug point

24.Supply and fixing of 20w led tube light fitting ISI make etc complete

25.Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48")sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with the down rod and clamps.

26.supply and fixing of 30W LED street light fitting with LED (Higher end) with 25 mm dia. GI pipe (lass B)with 1 no. 25 mm GI bend complete on the existing post/ on wall with PVC unsheathed copper leads with MS clamps and with painting

27.Supply and fixing of 4 way Horizontal Triple pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure distribution board with double door (metal) with 1 no. 40A 4P MCB Isolator as incoming and 12 nos. 6A to 32A SP MCB as outgoing in flush with wall with earth connection only

The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak Wood plugs used is 150X25mm in front & 200x75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm.
