Schedule 'A' Section I (Note for item No.1 &2 : The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher . In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher his tender will be treated as NON BONAFIDE and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid / bonofied bids only) Outsourcing of services for 260 KLD STP at Umrao Complex (DRDO Unit) with 01 FGM (Semi skilled ) in each shift for 3 shifts round the clock and one helper (un skilled) for one shift only will be employed by the contractor (each shift for 08 hours) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of services for 180 KLD STP at inside DRDO Unit restricted area with 01 FGM (Semi skilled ) in each shift for 3 shifts round the clock and one helper ( Un skilled) for one shift only will be employed by the contractor (each shift for 08 hours) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : For Item No 01 & 02 (i) Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual maint to be carried out and keeping records thereof. (ii) Daily log sheet attendance register for persons employed by the contractor to be maintained. (iii) All types of T&P required for day to day maintenance shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) All types of transportation if reqd for handling materials/eqpts etc shall be provided by the contractor. (v) All types of fire eqpts provided in all the installations shall be maintained and operated properly. (vi) All electrical fitting and fixtures installed at STP installation to be maintained and contractor shall be responsible for any damage. (vii) All types of water tanks shall be maintained. (viii) All installations to be kept neat and clean all the time. (ix) In case of any damage, misuse, mishandling of Govt property, contractor will be held responsible for the same. (x) Chlorination of sewage water are to be carried out from the recognized lab i.e., C.O.D, B.O.D etc and record to be maintained. (xi) Treated water to be tested monthly from recognized lab and record to be maintained. (xii) Medical needs to be provided by the contractor to the employees as and when required. (xiii) First Aid Box with basic medicines to be kept in installation by the contractor. (xiv) Misuse of electricity and water to be penalised and effective recovery will be made by the department. (xv) Outsourcing of services shall start immediately after acceptance of work. (xvi) All garden, lawns, trees etc being planted in all the installations shall be maintained regularly and to be developed further as directed. (xvii) FGM should be ITI qualified or 02 years experience in the particular field. (xviii) Fuel for running of DG Sets of both STP's shall be supplied by the department and contractor shall responsible to collect the fuel from the department by his own arrangement. (xix) Entire area inside and outside of STPs shall be cleaned properly by the contractor and cost shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (xx) All the FGMs & Helper shall be in proper dress code and shoes as approved by the GE.

Schedule 'A' Section II M & L for taking up incl dismantling, reassembling, transporting and lowering of submersible sewage pump of capacity 22.94 LPS Mtr head and 30 Mtr Cubic per hours discharge single stage all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of pump: CG. Note :- Crane for taking up & lowering of submersible pump set while repairing/rewinding will be arranged by the contractor and the rent for the same is included in the item rate.

Supply & fixing in replacement of the following unserviceable spare parts of submersible pump as per existing make and size against item No 3 above :- (a) S/S Impeller.

Dismantling, transporting and reassembling of submersible motor after rewinding & replacement of worn out parts mentioned below incl rewinding of submersible sewage motor 7.5 HP of 03 Phase, 415 volts with PVC insulated solid copper conductor (wire) superior quality of approved make , size & number of wire as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of the following unserviceable spare parts of submersible sewage motor as per existing make and size against item No 5 above :- (a) GM Bearing Bush

Dismantling of existing defective induction motor of 7.5 HP capacity, 03 phase, 415 volts 50 HZ and make from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connecting coupling pulley, and taking out to work shop cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding with solid copper conductor (winding wire) complete including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing and fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of induction motor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
