Supply , Installation , testing & Commissioning of oil fired boiler of capacity 400 kg/hr with working pressure of 7.031 kg/cm2 suitable for High speed Diesel (HSD)/Light Diesel Oil (LDO) has IBR certification along with water Softener Regenerator with double quantity regeneration by Cation Exchange Resin (ION EXCHANGE MAKE) Process method having flow rate of minimum One cum/Hr, operating pressure 2.5 to 3.5 Kg/sq cm , Product Water Hardness < 5 ppm as CaCO3, PH (at 25 Deg C):6.5 to 8.5, TDS < 500 ,Oxygen < 0.3 PPM , including Softener Unit shall be supplied complete filled with the required resin in required quantity and the unit shall be fitted with all the required fittings, valves, pressure gauges etc. and for regeneration process Suitable salt tank with standard fittings & Salt filtering media to be fixed to water softener , conducting water analysis report complete in all respects from any approved central Govt / State Govt institution / Lab and submit to IEM during Pre commissioning test all as per recommendations of boiler manufacturers. The Boiler is fabricated out of tested IS 2062 mild steel plates and Boiler quality tubes conforming to BS 3059/1968/part 1ERW steel approved by the department of Boilers with rockwool slab insulation of desity 48Kg/m3 with Al Clading . All materials will carried out IBR certification wherever applicable. heat exchanger tube/ plate will be 12/16mm thick with tubes of 3.25/3.66mm thickness for longer life & higher durability The boiler is capable of instant steaming, packaged two pass horizontal design execution with automatic burner with combustion air fan , automatic control panel with all safety features such as high pressure, no water/dry run boiler tripping system etc including prov of 250 liter diesel tank made out of MS 2mm thickness with strainer , valves & outlet connection and MS water tank as per OEM Recommendation of capacity 2K Liters with 10 feet steel structure made out of steel with stairs (min structure weight 0.5 Ton) able to withstand a weight of water and tank along with water level indicators with valves ,strainer .Boiler output is connected to existing steam header with control valve including automatic water level control, boiler mounted chimney of height 30 feet with guide rope , insulation for steam lines with rock wool with aluminium cladding etc, and also clearing the installation site by removing old unwanted materials by cutting/welding etc whenever required and remove to store yard as directed and making steam bypass arrangement to existing boiler, after installing the boiler performance report and test certificate to be submitted to department whenever required and all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Make :Hitze Boiler, Model: Nano 400D or equivalent specifications model of Make - Thermodyne/Energy Pack/Textmech/GM Engineers/Thermax Note : 1) The quoted firm is responsible to submit approval copies of Boiler manufacturers from Central Govt/ State Govt/ E-in-c's as applicable along with Boiler specifications in toto ,Two sets of complete Boiler system layout drawings and foundation drawings of Steam boiler and water tank steel structure to Garrison Engineer while submitting Make approval and before confirming purchasing order to manufacturers. 2) The quoted firm is responsible in all respects to carryout testing of boiler system in the manufacturer factory premises before dispatch as per boiler manufacturers recommendations in the presence of officer as deputed by accepting officer. 3) The quoted firm is responsible in all respects to carryout testing of boiler system in the site Pre Commissioning test before issuing completion to the work as per boiler manufacturers recommendations in the presence of IEM as deputed by Deptt. 4) The foundation for steam boiler shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after.

Supply, installing, testing and commisioning of CPRI approved LT cubical panel board 440 volts , 50 Hz , 3 phase , 4 wire , Out door type >IP 65 , weather, vermin, dust proof, front operated with adequate air ventilation at sides and back fabricated out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangements, cables trays, cable lugs,cable gland etc.including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with relevetted letter plates of appropriate size for each feeder cables, danger board etc , floor mounted in and including PCC 1:2:4, type B1 platform of 50 cm height suitable nut bolts, washer etc. for grouting , and painting with power coated epoxy finish of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer suitable to accomodate and including the following mentioned fittings complete all as specified and as directed Engineer- in-charge comprising the following:- Make of the Electric Panel - CPRI Approved Make of the Electrical Switch Gear - ABB/L&T/LEGRANG/STRANDARD Note - Taking out scattered old incomming/outgoing cable connection from existing DB;s and reconditioning the terminal end with new lugs/ferrules/glands , connecting to new panel , making good to the distrubed surface.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 25 X 4 mm alongwith GI pipe of dia 40mm light grade for protection of GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point complete including testing and commissioning on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : the quoted rate by firm is inclusive for GI strip upto 7.5 mtr along with GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade. NOTE : 1. All items as applicable for item No 1 to 11 shall be purchased from original manufactures /authorized distributor /dealers only and purchase vouchers GST etc along with warranty cert of manufacturers as applicable duly defaced / signed by contractor to be submitted Deptt during payment claims for verification, scrutiny, passing of bill and future record purpose.
