Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC Design Mix M-30 in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams for columns etc. basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC Design Mix M-30 in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing RCC Design Mix M-30 in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers,lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia, and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 all complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 15mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-16 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 10008 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barded with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc, as directed, (each line wire to be measured ) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix concertina coil (reinforced punched barbed tape single layer) fixed on 'Y' shaped angle over security fencing complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Diameter of concertina coil:600mm dia (ii) Numbers of turns in concertina: 50 to 53 turns (iii) Weight of each coil - 8.5 to 9 kg. (iv) Coverage per coil - 6Rm (v) Central core wire - made of high tensile spring steel core wire conforming to IS-4454 duly hot dipped galvanized (conforming to IS 2629) with diameter 2.59mm ± 0.05mm, UTS 145-160kg/Sqmm, Zinc coating 250-300 gms/sqm. (vi) Strip- Electro galvanised steel strip 0.5mm ± 0.02mm thick, width 19mm (before wrapping on central core wire) conforming to IS-1573, zinc coating-120gm/sqm and bituminized dipped, width of barbs 11.5mm, pitch of barbs 25.4mm ± 0.20mm. (vii) Clips- AISI 304-1.5mm thick C and U clips. "C" special type for fixing coil and RBT wire."U" clips special type for joining one coil to another coil and RBT wire to RBT wire joining. (Viii) No of clips 125 for each coil. (ix) Handle and spikes to be provided as required. (Note:- Running length of the fencing shall be measure for payments purpose)

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour painting on steel surface over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed

Forming 'V' grooves in plaster not exceeding 10mm deep and not exceeding 10mm on face complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

Sealing surface previously treated with tar, bituminous composition, etc with one coat of knotting in bituminous paint including preparation for painting complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for preformed filler of 25 mm thick placed between crumpled joints before placing concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses , string course, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerb , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed. The quoted rate includes for formwork. Note: Reinforced will be measured and paid seperately.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, water and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as dire

Supply and fix mild steel screws bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both end, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm long and diameter of shank 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing 50x50mm mesh & 3.15mm dia wire, fixed to any type of post including line wires any type of standard rails straining bolts etc, complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link fencing and including provision of binding wire complete. (standard rail & straining bolts shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia as in tie for chain link fencing cut to length and bent to shape as required complete all as specified and as directed
