Cleaning of Under ground water storage tank or sump or over head tank of any capacity by mechanical method in following stages: (1) Empty the tank/sump and make it to near dry, (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly ( tank capacity @ 0.50gms/liter) surface of inside the tank/sump perfectly by removing scales on walls and wait for one hour (3) after one hour clean/rinse at the tank/sump with fresh water ,repeat the above process , (2) and (3) for two to three times , (4) remove the mud/silt/sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump, (5) spraying anti bacteria agents on walls to kill harmfull bacteria. Rate includes for all above operations including the equipment and material required for cleaning all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of existing Septic tank by mechanical pumping mechines and necessary labour including providing/spreading atleast 5liters kerosine on top of sludge inside the septic tank to avoid foul smell for the surrounding occupants, the deposited sludge/suspended material/night solin etc., should be removed and transported by mechanical transport beyond municipal limits including dewatering of liquids as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of exisitng sewer lines, manholes etc. Cost includes all labour for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer lines and manholes by mobile sewer rodding equipment/manually from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, chokages etc for proper functioning of sewer lines( The payment shall be made for removal of blockages in between manhole to manhole as one job with all above operations.)

Removing of existing over head PVC water storage tanks by removing existing GI connection, float valve, repairing of the tanks and refixing the same on the base with all the GI connections, float valve and other accessories etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (Repair of tank will be paid seperately)

Providing and fixing C.P Brass waste with all accessories etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning of existing Type-III staff quarter at all heights by removal of cob web, pigeon droppings, debris, unwanted, un serviceable abandoned material etc from all the rooms, dusting of walls, windows, doors, cubboards etc, washing the flooring of all rooms with detergent, washing the flooring and dado of toilets and bath room with the acid etc.,making them into useable/liveable conditions complete etc for immediate occupation of quarter as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Each quarter cleaning is measured as one job.

a) Type-III Qtr

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with T.W. beading 15x1mm and nails & screws complete.

Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.3 mm dia wire and 1.8mm aperture on both sides.

Rehabilitation of RCC members such as Chajjas,Beams,Columns ,slabs,& staircase flights etc., with polymer modified Cement Concrete at all floor levels as per following operations in the following sequence. i) Removal of loose and disintegrated concrete up to the required depth till sound concrete is available i/c Exposing the reinforcement all round cleaning the surface Of the concrete. ii)Application of coat of rust passivator i.e by Fosroc Reebaklens RR (Rebar cleaning agent) or equivalent rust inhabitors alround the reinforcement As per manufacturers specifications to prevent futher rusting and to clean the rusted surface of existing reinforcement and allow it to react it for 16-24 hours.

iii) Application of coat of Nito Zinc primer of FOSROC or its equivalent rust inhabitors alround the reinforcement to prevent futher rusting and to clean the rusted surface of existing reinforcement. iv) Application of coat of Nitobond AR of fosroc or equivalent as per manufacturers specifications al around the old reinforcement over the cleaned and dried old concrete surface so as to get create bonding for reinforcement and concrete which is formed newly. The surface should be left for dry for 4hrs to 6hrs.

v) Building up of the concrete sections with polymer modified cement based material RENDROC S2 or equivalent as per manufacturers specification to the applied to the prepared stucture to achieve compact concrete section of the required shape and size of RCC members all compelte as per directions of engineer in charge.

vi) Providing average 20 mm thick cement plaster in two coats underlayer 14 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (I cement :5 clean rivar sand) finished with a top leyar 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 fine sand) etc complete all as per direction of engineer in charge (Rate is inclusive of all scaffoldings and other opertions at all heights)
