M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, area n.exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with bitumen of grade VG 10 @5 kg/ 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 well rammed, sealed with binder @ 9.8 Kg/10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping of 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc. 30 mm rolled with power road roller of 08 to 10 tonne capacity complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc. on black top surfaces complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm surface complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for premix bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed by computrized hot mix plant, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for stone aggregate of gauge 63mm to 40mm deposited, spread and levelled to fill up the digs/low level portion, watered and rammed to a true surface complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-mix bituminous macadm using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 4.0% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed by computerized hot mix plant, laid by mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed by computerized hot mix plant laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paste and marking of guidelines, dashes, arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paint approximately 1.50mm thick, white, golden yellow or black colour as required using necessary glass beads for achieving reflection on roads, pavements and the like of any description and any width all as per MOST Clause 803.4 and BS 6088 complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in repairs, solar powered road studs (cat eyes) of size 125mmx125mmx20-25mm thick (shank-60mm) of self illuminating flashing type having 3 Nos LEDs for Bi-directional studs (flashing and not flickening) visibility minimum 1000 m flashing rate, 65-75 times per minute with detachable Ni-MH rechargeabe battery (1.2V/1600MA) made of aluminium die-cast housing with embossed edges for protection against iron wheels fixed surface etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in repairs, for cat eye road stud of size 90 mm x 110 mm x 17 mm made of heavy duty ABS body, confirming to ASTM standard having load capacity of 60 tonne with reflectors on both sides and fixing with epoxy adhesive on road as per manufacturer's instructions complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
