Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutters both side teak wood ply of 35mm thick and necessary furniture fitting like aluminium altrop, hinges, tower bolts, door stopper, rubber bush etc including cost of materials and labour charges etc complete

Dadooing the walls with best approved quality colour glazed tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm set in CM 1:2 (One Cement and two of sand) 10mm thick and pointing with colour cement etc. complete

Flooring with ceramic tiles of approved Colour and quality of size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm laid first quality design of all colours in cement mortar 1:3 mix, 20mm thick and pointing with the same mortar etc., completely and finish very neatly

Paving the floor with fully polised Colour Granite stone of 20mm thick of size 4' x 2' laid over a cement mortar 1:3 mix, fixing the slab in true tight angles applying cement slurry and pointed with white cement and colour pigments and curing etc. complete as directed by depat. officers.

Flooring with Stain free Nano polish Vetrified flooring tiles of size 600 x 1200 x 8mm of approved colour and quality of required size laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix 20mm thick and pointing with the same mortar complete and finish very neatly etc complete

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered surface ceiling and other new surface including cleaning prepering the surface and curing etc., complete
