REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN, GEYSER AND ALLIED WORKS AT MOUZA DALAN AND SIRSA AREA AT ARMY STN KATIHAR UNDER GE (AF) PURNEA

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep, exhaust fan(300/380 mm sweep) by unscrewing nut/bolts from its position & any height and fixing the same to its original place after necessary cleaning, oiling, gressing, complete overhauling and re-assembling and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling complete ceiling fan of size 1200 mm sweep down rod with its canopies, shakles, condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotar winding, ball bearing, gun metal bush etc, complete to carry out the following repairs :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of motor with suitable size of copper enamelled wire,varnishing, heating as per manufactures design and directed and reassembly complete ceiling fan. (b) Replacement of old spare parts i.e Rubber Bush, Gun metal Bush, Spindle, bearing, condenser, twin core twisted copper flexible wire, winding and painting are measured and paid separately under relevant items here-in-after as supply only rates fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates, (c) Hanging of ceiling fan afters repairs shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates of complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 above but of exhaust fans of any make, sweep and type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for painting of ceiling fan of size 1200 mm sweep by scraping/removing old spray paint with brush /emery paperincluding preparation of surface and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint and including marking with MES No., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for painting of exhaust fan 300/380 mm sweep by scraping/removing old spray paint with brush /emery paper & including preparation of surface and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint and including marking with MES No., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only Bearing No 6201/6202 for fixing against defective parts of fan taking down under item No 2 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only condenser 2/2.5 MFD for fixing against defective parts of fan taking down under item No 2 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only GM Bushing as per existing size and type for fixing against defective parts of fan taking down under item No 2 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for standard blade fixing with screws suitable to ceiling fan 1200mm Sweep, after taking down old existing unserviceable, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for down rod of 1.5' height fabricated out of MS pipe 12 mm dia heavy duty painted with brown paint suitable to ceiling fan of any description make brand and model after taking down old existing unserviceable down rod complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ceiling fan spindle for fixing against defective parts of fan taking down under item No 2 & 3 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for wire flexible PVC insulated copper conductor twin core twisted of size 23/0.00076 including taking down old unserviceable ones, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hanging hook "S" type suitable for ceiling fan of any capacity including taking down old unserviceable ones, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for standard blade fixing with screws suitable to Exhaust Fan Blade including taking down old unserviceable ones, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only condenser 3.15/4.0 MFD for fixing against defective parts of fan taking down under item No 3 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. .

S&F for MS louvers with nuts, bolts and washers suitable to exhaust fan 300/380 mm sweep of any make and model including taking down old unserviceable ones, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wall mounted Geyser of Capacity 25/50 ltrs by disconnection electric supply, water connections from single/Married/OTM Accns messes, billets, cafeteria etc., and dismantling the Geyser, descaling of silt deposited /cleaning of inner tank of geyser 25/50 Ltrs capacity including washing with clean water, checking the spare parts, re-assembling and testing after fixing of new spare parts and refixing after repairs/maint work the same to its original place after necessary testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of old spare parts are measured and paid separately under relevant items here-in-after as supply only rates and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates)

Supply only apparatus plate for fixing against defective parts of geyser taking down under item No 17 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only thermostate for fixing against defective parts of geyser taking down under item No 17 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only heating element screw/push/triangular type any shape for 1.5 KW capacity for fixing against defective parts of geyser taking down under item No 17 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only indicating lamp of any shape/size as per site requirement for fixing against defective parts of geyser taking down under item No 17 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only PVC Hot and cold pipe thread reinforced with washer and chromium plated check nut 24" long for fixing against defective parts of geyser taking down under item No 17 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only glass wool for insulating of tank for fixing against defective parts of geyser taking down under item No 17 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only steel water tank suitable for 25 Ltrs capacity for fixing against defective parts of geyser taking down under item No 17 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only air pressure release safety valve 15mm dia for fixing against defective parts of geyser taking down under item No 17 here in before complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of geysers outer body surfaces and painting one coat of synthetic enameled paint by spraying to geysers and writing MES No. on geyser in block letter not less than 5 mm wide and 25 mm high with black paint for 25 lit capacity of geysers complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs to apparatus plate assembly by means of welding/brazing as required to stop leakage etc for 25/50 lit capacity geyseres along with rubber gasket, nuts, bolts,etc. and testing after replacing the defective part for proper functioning of gyser of existing make at site, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing PVC insulated 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm a color code (Red for Phase, Black for Neutral and green for earth conductor) including taking down the old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing of GI tube medium grade 20 mm bore with all fittings (for cold water supply) as required at site and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid on floor incl connecting with existing lines complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for fixing of hot water pipe line 20 mm bore duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding with all fittings as required at site and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid on floor incl clamps for connection from stainless steel tank to existing pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs angle stop valve fancy type chromium plated screwed down, high presure with butterfly handle screwed both ends for pipe and fixed to pipe of 20mm dia bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs fancy type bib taps, chromium plated cast copper alloy 20mm bore with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, & fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth, plug and socket , suitable for single phase 240 V, complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 amps having `C` charactristic, breaking capacity 10 KA, including industial plug top, including taking down old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 4.0 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable (with colour code), drawn through and including PVC casing capping of suitable size with ISI marked medium grade including all accessories of casing caping as approved by EIC, including PVC insulated unsheathed 4.0 Sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated as continuous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Three run of single core 4.0 sqmm cable & one run of PVC casing capping shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
