Chanel of size150X75mm and 100X50mm The work includes cutting, welding, grinding, finishing etc. as required with transportation loading unloading at site with the help of Hired crane and tools, tackles with heavy/manual labour.DSR Civil 2018 (Item No. 10.2)

Dismantling of Old and Fixing of new M.S. structure in the chamber including the cost of wall cutting by pneumatic hammer and grouting the same to the wall of chamber with civil work complete in all respect. With anticorrosive primer and painting with black synthetic paint.

Providing/ Fixing of 8mm thick M.S. chequered sheet of size 2.35mtrX2.00mtr on the top of M.S. platform by welding on 100X50mm channel frame for safe operating the sluice valve as per structure and also making valve operation management as per site required.

Fabrication / Fixing of Vent pipe at GT Road BPS. Fabrication of vent pipe as per Sample made by M.S pipe 200mmX8mm including the cost of Dismantling the old damage vent pipe and grouting the same with civil work complete in all respect with anticorrosive primer and painting with black synthetic paint and transportation loading, unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles and heavy/manual labour.

Fabrication of M.S. base Frame of UGR main hole. Made out with the help of M.S. Angle of size 65X65X6mm, and 50X50X6mm The work includes cutting, welding, grinding, finishing and grouting of M.S angle base frame in cement concrete etc. as required with transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy/manual labour. Fabrication of M.S. ladder of length approx 7.5ft each step 3 feet width made out with the help of M.S. Chanel of size 100X50mm, M.S. Angle of size 65X65X6mm, M.S. Chequered plate of size 900X300X8 mm by welding on step and railing made by 40 mm Dia M.S. pipe & 16 square mm M.S. Bar complete with cutting, welding, grinding, finishing etc complete in all respect for step down in chamber For proper and safely operate the sluice valve. With transportation loading unloading at work shop & site with the help of Hired crane and tools, tackles with heavy/manual labour.

Fabrication/ Fixing of MS gate for UGR and pump house of size 3feet X 6.8feet made by 40X40X6mm M.S. angle, 35X6mm M.S. flat and 2mm thick M.S sheet work including dismantling of existing gate by cutting gas cuter and fixing new gate with civil work complete in all respect. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
