Making of 6" dia MS bend by cutting & welding at 2 places (2 coat) (excluding flanges welding)

Road crossing for crossing of pipeline by digging of Haul Road/CT road, crossing of pipe and filling of the road

Installation and commisioning of LT Pump motor set along with bed plate on pontoon/platform with fitting of sluice valve, NRV, Foot valve, bend with suction pipe and priming etc. work includes bedplate repair/welding, alignment of pump motor and supply & fixing of required size HT foundation bolt.

Matching of jetting hose from float pump to MS delivery pipe

Supplying and fixing of 150mm dia Sluice valve(ISI mark heavy duty) to be installed on the pipeline

Supplying and fixing of 100mm dia Sluice valve(ISI mark heavy duty) to be installed on the pipeline

Supplying and fixing of Non Return valve 150 mm dia(ISI mark heavy duty) with bypass arrangement to be installed on pipeline.

Supplying and fixing of Foot valve 150 mm dia(ISI mark heavy duty) to be installed on pipeline.

Supplying and fixing of 2" dia GI pipe

Structural steel work riveted,bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in positon and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (6 nos x 855.96 kg= 5135.76)

Earth work in excavation by means ( Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. ( 6 nos x 1 x 1 x 1 m³ = 6m³

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement:3 coarse sand (zone-111) derived Iron natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (6 nos x 1 x 0.8 x 0.8 cum= 3.84 cum)

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, base for columns (6 nos x 4 nos x 1 x 0.8 sqm= 14.4 sqm)

Erection of Fog cannon on structural steel base as instructed by Eng I/C

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
