Safe Loading, Carriage & unloading of following Materials from Centre Store to Pit Site/J.E. Dump Store.

a- Line Material

b- ST Pole 11 Mtr. Long

c- 33 KV XLPE cable 3x185 sq.mm.

Fabrication, erection of Four pole 33 KV Line on 11 Mtr. Long St Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 4 Nos. top channel 100x50 mm-3.20 mtr. Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 plinthing 300 mm bavoe ground level, painting of pole with one coar of ret oxide two coats of enamel paints ISI Mark.

Grouting & Nuzzling of 33 KV stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Sand, Brick blast & cement). All material except stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Ordinary earthing by 33 KV MS earth Rod 2500mm long as per RESPO Schedule. All material except earthing wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq. mm XLPE cable, digging og trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm side including supply of required material, 1st class bricks, stone pad & fine sand. The inter Axial spacing between towe cable should be in between 0.25 m to 0.40m. The two cable must be separated by a partition to single brick and back filling of digged trench and proper uarding. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable). Total Cable Laying 280 Mtr.

High pressure testing of 33 KV 3x300 XLPE cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment.

Cable Hosting of 33/11 KV 3x300 XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as Per RESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor.

Tax as payable time to time shall be paid by department
