MECHANICAL PART Supply & Fabrication of steel floating Barge (Size of Barge: 6.15mX4.58mX1.37m)
Bottom, side & deck Portion of the Barge : supply & Fabrication of M.S. Angle etc of bottom side & deck portion of the barge of size 6.15mX4.58mX1.37m along with supply & fabrication of M.S Channel for installation of Pump sets, M.S Angle for pipe Suppor, etc, complete as directed by the Department as per derawing. The job also includes painting of the berge with 2 coats of anticorrosive metal primer followed by 2 coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paints, complete as directed bythe Department. Each successive coat of the paint is to be applied after normal drying of the previous coa, completeas directed by the Department.
Super structure of the Barge: supply , Fabrication & erection of roof support of hight 1.9m providing post ofM.S Angle with necessary clamping & welding at the top of the barge along with roof truss & purline made of M.S Blank pipe fitted with necessary welding &bolting complete as directed by the department
Roffing items of the Barge: providing TATA/DYNAROOF make C.G.I> Sheet/roffing of size 3050mm(L)X910mm(B)X0.50mm(T).The job includes spply of C.G>I Sheet,G.I. Ridging & fitting,fixing of entire roof with necessary J-Hooks, Nuts & Bolts with Washer, complete as directed.
Rain Protection shed & Railling of the Barge: Supply, fitting, fixing of B.P.Sheet along with post of M.S.Angle, G.I. Pipe for railing with necessary welding & bolting, complete as directed. The job also includes painting of pipies etc, by two caots of metallic primer to be followed by two caots paints of reputed brand, complete as directed.
Anchoring Materials of the Barge: supply, fitting & fixing of C.I Bollard on the corner edge of the plateform deck of the barge facing towards the riverbank by suitable size of HDMS nuts and bolts including supply of good quality 19mm dia HD steel wirw rope steel core,tested quality to be fastening with the Anchor 5 prong 30 kg by means of suitable size of required nos of U bolts complete as directed
Transportation: transportation of iron materials machineries , miscellaneous items,welding equipment etc from Guwahati to work site by truck including loading, unloading & restacking properly at site.
