REPAIR/MAINT OF STORAGE AREA, ORP, BLAST PANS AREA AND ROOF TREATMENT IN TECH AREA OF AF STN GWALIOR

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep of filled earth over ORP and Blast pan & treverse walls all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs HDPE perforated GEO CELL mesh for slope protection of earth any shape with size (330-100mm) 1.50mm thick fixed to earth with necessary arrangements 'J' hooks & jointing clips including levelling & ramming earth to required gradient by using the existing traverse earth complete all as specified and directed. Make: Terrain Infratech, Geogical Structial Infra Pvt Ltd, Omega Construction etc.

Rough excavation by mechenical means not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and Removing the excavated material exc. 1.50Km and upto total distance of 5 km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick and finishing to required size, shape, etc. up to a height of 8.0 mtr high from base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type B1 (using 20mm graded Stone aggregate) as in edges traverse wall and geocell, floor, plinth finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses including Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), tiles including existing roof treatment (screed plaster,& tarfelt of any description) and removing to a distance exc. 500 m and n.exc. 5 Km from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

S&F APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primed surface with bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters/Sqm surface by forced application complete all as specified.
